CHICAGO - A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit aimed at driving classified ads for prostitution off the Craigslist Web site.
U.S. District Court Judge John Grady said not all postings on the Craigslist "Adult Services" section advertised prostitution and that other services could legitimately appear there.
"A woman advertising erotic dancing for male clients is offering an adult service, yet this is not prostitution," he said in a 31-page opinion Tuesday.
He said such an ad "might even be entitled to some limited protection under the First Amendment" to the U.S. Constitution.
Note: Federal Court decision. Precedent has been set.

Nonetheless, it is certainly a sign of good things and that some judges still pay attention to the Constitution.

Clearly, this gal was just handling the business calls for a couple of her friends back in Dallas. That is not at all uncommon in this business and does not at all mean that something somehow nefarious is going on. The trump card is that SHE HERSELF has a LOT more than just one good review. She provided links to fully SIXTEEN reviews including 5 at TER alone (whose reliability I normally question) but also MANY others at a Dallas Hobbying forum that has much more credibility to back those up.
