Seems like most of the SWs these days want to negotiate through the window. I don't break that monger rule which probably costs me a few easy pickups, but may keep my ass out of jail. I remember well watching the sting here last year with the gals just standing on the corner, walking up to windows and talking and LEO flying in with 2 cars to block poor monger in and load him into the van while his wheels get towed. No thanks, I'll stick to negotiating once she is onboard.

Yes it is quite strange that the SW's were only negotiating through car windows. The best thing to do is to observe the SW and see if she is walking around.

I was out around 3:30am Wednesday morning, no one was out not even le. Then I see a white female dressed in jeans and a coat walking on mass towards 14th. Something raised my eyebrows. I circled the block and she went into cvs on 14th. Few minutes later she comes out walks towards k st. Then crosses and heads up l towards 13th. As I drove past her she was smoking a cigarette but had long blondish brownish hair. On my next attempt I see her walking and start to pull over when she walks up to a pickup already stopped and gets in. She was gone for a long time, I happen to be right by cvs when the truck drops her off in front she goes inside and is talking on her cell phone when I see a mustang with a white guy driving pull up across the street and wait. Hoping to talk to her this time I wait she comes out and crosses the street talks to the guy for a minute then gets in. Off they go. So disappointed I start driving around. The only other 2 SW out was a short black female wearing jeans and I believe a WSW with black hair and a really big ass. That was it no one else around 5:30 I gave up and headed in.
