I went inside and ate lunch. 45 minutes later I get back to my car and the same LE officer takes up following me out of the restaurant parking lot. Now I'm freaked. I don't want to go home. I don't want to go to work. I drove down to Newport Harbor where a friend lives on his boat. The guy follows me all the way down the Balboa Peninsula. I parked in the lot and walked down to see my friend through the locked dock security gates. The officer gets out of his car and stands up on the sidewalk and watches both of us sit on the back of the boat talking. He stayed there for a half-hour before finally leaving. Checked out this place on Katella. I heard tons of good things about it, but warned of lots of paranoia since it's been busted a few times recently. Not receptive to newbies at all! Got the third degree from both the white-mixed manager and caucasian provider. Boring massage-didn't spring for any extras. I also hit up Harmony Spa on Brookhurst.
Very clean place but very weird. Got offered NOTHING (not even a name) from the Asian girl working and she was the closest thing to a hottie I saw all weekend. So bored, SHE ACTUALLY YAWNED DURING THE MASSAGE!

This was intimidation and the law surrounding the law enforcement groups
specifically forbids it. You should have taken his car's picture, written down his license plate, and reported it to your lawyer.
Until we stop this kind of nonsense as a result of two consenting adults doing their thing, we will forever have some very sick people dictating ethics and morals to us. It's one reason why the culture is pretty sick to begin with.

I just caught up to this post and the responses. I haven't seen or missed anybody posting the only reasonable theory I can think of to explain this bizarre incident. That being that either you or your car fits the description of a person or vehicle LE was looking for. If so, it also would have to have been a delicate situation because LE usually doesn't have any issue about making contact with the "suspect" in these cases which happen every day in every city and ask a few questions or engage in simple conversation to make a call as to whether probable cause exists to investigate further or search. Otherwise, this is just some kind of bizarre prank by a fucked up dude with time on his hands, or he thinks you look like the dude who he thinks is fucking his wife.

Thanks to all who have responded and PM'd. I should have been a detective. Talked with a friend of a friend who knew a guy, etc... from what I have learned, LE has been doing a "customer count" of several establishments in the Skypark area. Apparently, if a business has too many male customers over a certain period of time in contrast to the surrounding normal businesses they can use that information to obtain probable cause for a search warrant of the premises (including setting up a sting inside).
Apparently it is the modus operandi of some of the people who own multiple locations to drive from one to the other, check on the status of things, and collect profits. Since they don't know exactly who is running the outfit they will periodically follow anyone, male or female, who leaves the place, is dressed well, and drives a over-priced luxury car. I sorta fit that mold. Looks like I disappointed them. Again, don't know if this is the real reason for my misadventure but it is the most plausible thing I have heard yet. Stay safe out there. AMP.

Was taken to a room where various licenses and other credentials are displayed, and one was for a girl named L and didn't she look good in the pic!
