But have the audacity to be judgemental towards street chicks get rid of the drug infestation then the street chicks will go away but the residents refuse too and are part of the problem.

Drove through VH from around 1 to almost 3 tonight looking for something good. No cops out until 3 am when they came out in force and locked the strip down.
