The last line says it all. They probably weren't forced to go because they were bringing in "too much business", it was more likely due to friction in the workplace, whether it be a jealous girl or a stuck-up superstar who knows she's hot stuff. My guess is that the manager was playing favorites with the "less spectacular girls" and that's why the "superstars" got cut. Yes, just like the real world, the most talented people don't always last in the workplace - it's usually the people who are best at sucking up.

3rd floor has always been higher and women MUCH older. At least you got a young one...

The one time I ended up there, it was .8 for the house and $.4 for tip...minimum.

I got Young (what a misnomer) who was maybe 50 years old and maybe 160 lbs...at 5'4" Thinking it was the mamasan, we exchange the normal greetings and pleasantries as I expect the next step for her to bring in a lovely, young massage therapist to take care of my stress.

I have to agree with SB on this. Some think that overpaying will bring in better talent. I think the talent is fine but they need to be reminded that we are paying them two dollars a minute (on top of the house fee) and expect good service for it. Just like my last experience. I walked out. If she is not going to provide good service then someone else will get my money.

Went to 1413 for the first time yesterday in a LONG time. Hadn't been there since the Big Bust of 2006. I was surprised to be greeted by a voice coming through a loudspeaker telling me to come in. The door was unlocked!

Nobody is saying to overpay, which is why I laughed at Jake's [url]story[/url], but we should treat $100 as the minimum, not the maximum. When you go to a restaurant and the waitress is absolutely horrible, you can choose to tip absolutely nothing, but you still have to pay for the food. Same thing, a girl may act like a b-tch, but you still have to pay $100 for the FS. If they give you a great time, what's wrong with an additional $20? The $100 is only referred to as a "tip" due to legal misconceptions, not unlike Craigslist girls believing using the word "roses" will somehow protect them.
