You can go to the Mecklenburg county sheriffs office webpage and look up inmates if you have the name. I think it goes back 3 years so if they've been locked up in the last three years, you should find them. No credit card needed. Most counties around here do the same but I don't know how far they might go back.

I have a rare Friday night and all day Saturday free. Was wondering if anybody had any recommendations of who I could spend some quality time with. Looking for more upscale than the average BP lady. They also have a couples only theater. Best days to go are couples days when couples get in free and couples are more likely to visit the theater. The second best time is on Saturdays. Some couples go there to show off or to take guys to their private room. You may or may not see couples in the theater. It's pretty wide open.
