If divorce was that easy, why are millionares having issues?
The guy could drag a divorce on for a long time. He will wave a couple grand at her and say take it and sign the papers or give her nothing and show her a copy of her arrest record, copies of BP ads, and threaten he will have an undercover spy follow her. Basically, she will take the quick money.
The guy makes 100 k per year, that's BAD not good. You think her lawyer will be charging her per hour like his? Women rule when it comes to divorce, don't believe me look at the sea of cases of athletes, movie stars, CEOs, million / billionaires that get taken to the cleaners, and some guy making 100 k (who married an escort) will outsmart them all?
A: The state does not see divorce as a question of morality / fairness, its about two parties going their separate ways and one being entitled to half. The state and the lawyers get a big chunk of money if he loses, but get nothing if he wins.
1) Arrest don't mean squat, unless its a child custody issue. (Please refer to sentence A).
2) BP ads don't mean squat, he married her despite knowing what she did. Remember BP ads don't mean sex for money, it just means escorting (Which is legal). Even if you prove it was sex for money (something the guy would have to admit to doing) , its like saying your ex-wife jaywalked, that's for a different court, not family / divorce court. (For reference reread sentence A).
3) Dragging a divorce on won't help, women get contingency lawyers (won't pay till she wins) its men who pay by the hour, AND her lawyers will try to have the guy pay her legal fees anyways.
4) Having a undercover spy won't mean shit, unless he follows her to her room when he films the ex-wife having sex for money. But guess what, it still doesn't mean squat. This isn't child custody, this is a divorce, the judge won't say she's not entitled to anything because of morals (Please refer to sentence A).
5) Saying she did / does drugs doesn't mean squat, especially when the husband known and even helped her get the stuff, again morals / different court. (Please refer to sentence A).
6) If he cheated on her with hookers hes the one who operated in bad faith, under normal circumstances the guy would be screwed during a divorce, but its even worse if she was operating in good faith in the marriage while the guy wasn't. Even though they weren't married long, if she can prove his infidelity, the court will see it as "She would have stayed married longer had you been faithful, this is not just a gold digger looking to cash out.
7) As soon as she lawyers up no "quick money" is going to help him, don't believe me? http://abcnews.go.com/Business/wife-rejects-975m-personal-check-billionaire-oilman-harold-hamm/story?id=28055210.
8) Assuming there was a prenup, that can and most likely will be thrown out by the judge. Her lawyer will argue that it was signed under duress, again look at all the millionaires / billionaires that get taken to the cleaners, you think they didn't have prenups?
When you spend enough time on MGTOW forums and hear the horror stories of divorce you know what to expect, that judge, the state, the laws, her lawyer, and even his lawyer benefits when he losses. Don't believe me look at the statistics.
Typically, a spouse would have to be in a certain lifestyle

Don't believe me look at the statistics.
...for a period of time before she gets anything. If they were married for only a year, I doubt she'd be entitled to anything. Now involving kids and such is an entirely different issue but a year of marriage gets you damn near jack. When I was getting ready to go through a separation (technically called separate maintenance in Florida), what determined how much she'd get is how long we were in the marriage. Good points though.
This is the Woodshed guys
It's exactly for this kinda worthless chatter. Just like this Fuck stick that has made a screen name close to mine to be a troll. MothHunter. This should be his thread.

USA Moving closer to 3rd world country status?
Gents, a couple of big questions:
Do you guys feel that our country is moving to 3rd world nation status given the fact that so many ladies (young, middle age, and more mature ones) have taken up the sex trade?
Is this a reflection of an economy that is in a tailspin (very poor economic opportunities)?
This issue haunts me, by the way.
I guess what I was looking at was the reality of what has been going on
Your thinking represents what is called a "non-sequtiur" in that the conclusion doesn't follow from the evidence.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non_sequitur_(logic).
And there is no such thing as "Third World" countries since the fall of the Soviet Union. They and their allies were the second world, the US and the same the first world, and the rest the third. Your whole thesis is out of court from the start due to antiquated terminology.
But, if you want to compare the US to say some countries in Latin Am, Eastern Europe or Southeast Asia, the prostitution is way more prevelent in such places. In the US it is still largley the addicted, crack, meth, and herion plying the trade. In some other countries it is truly a last resort to make ends meet.
...for quite some time. Most people couldn't make it on just one income. More than 50% of the population only makes about $21,000 per year. Most can't even afford rent and other basic living expenses. Lots of corporations only pay their employees darn near or right at minimum wage. Our infrastructure is a mess; dilapidated and such. Our school system is antiquated. College and health care is overpriced. Well, you get the pix. I can go on and on. Well, let me also mention the fact that the U.S. is near about 20 trillion dollars in debt. Yes, we borrow a lot to the point of ridiculousness. Many people are less than a paycheck away from being thrown out on the streets. Even if many chose not to work in the sex trade, in all likelihood, they'd still need to work 2 jobs just to make ends meet. Unfortunately, many companies are only offering part-time hours. I think the situation is more dismal than they (our government) will have you to believe.
Another reason I mentioned this is because I believe if most women had better choices, I don't think they'd be in the sex trade- I certainly hear this a lot. For example, there was a time many women would either become a nurse or a school teacher- female dominate fields but then there came a time where it wasn't uncommon to see women bypass these fields and be found in professions like engineering, doctors, lawyers, etc. -more male dominate occupations (due to more opportunities). So I looked at this and just thought about how so many women are in the sex trade. I think there is still a fair amount who don't do the hardcore drugs, yet, I realize many of them do. Anyway, rather interesting, to say the least.
