It's when they can work and they're on the dole rather than work. In regards to the rich, they're working and chances are they're "rich" because they worked for it. Now I do believe its very possible to be self made "rich" person. Investing at a very young age using various means such as 401 k / Roth IRA / HSA / etc. Are all great ways to become a millionaire or very close to it by retirement time.

But they're making it harder to do that when we have these lockdowns but no stimulus.

I agree with your first opinion. If Government is going to lockdown and force people / small businesses to lose money or whatever, then we should receive assistance via UnEmployment and Stimulus. WTF is $1200 going to do? Other countries are able to do monthly payments and they are controlling this virus better than the US because of how divided we are. Yes Pelosi should've taken the 1 trillion something before but I still doubt McConnell (worst POS) would've allowed it to go through, yet people in Kentucky keep voting for him so he can fuck them over more LOL.
