SA video chat never worked for me
Are you on Seeking or WYP? If you met the POT on either of those just use the video chat option on the site. It's free, easy and totally anonymous. If you have any other questions, send me a PM..
Video chat in Seeking never worked for me. A popup window appears and nothing else.
It worked but only after calling customer service
Last month I used a SecureSpend prepaid card. However, it wouldn't go through when I tried to use it I had to call customer service and have them process it.
Isn't it?
Previously it worked by just entering card info on the payment site.
Not sure what's going on with SA.
Not sure I've seen another site have these many problems using Gift Cards. But indeed, SA is unique. LOL.
Might you be talking about MyVanilla card?
I have just paid up another month on SA using a OneVanilla prepaid debit card. I phoned in and entered a zip code for the card, that the phone tree says is necessary to use the card for pay-at-the-pump and online purchases. I waited about half an hour after that, and the charge went right through on SA.
I sometimes have a hard time locating that specific card. Last week I bought a SecureSpend card, it has no means to associate the card with a zip code, and I was unable to use it to pay for a seeking membership.
OneVanilla card states:
"You can use your OneVanilla Card anywhere Visa debit cards, Debit Mastercard or Discover cards are accepted within the fifty United States and District of Columbia. The OneVanilla Card cannot be used at merchants outside the United States, including Internet and mail order / telephone order merchants. ".
MyVanilla states:
"Use your MyVanilla Card everywhere Visa debit cards or Debit Mastercard are accepted for purchases at retail locations, online, over the phone, or through mail order, depending on the network brand mark displayed on the front of your card. ".
With all the different flavors of Vanilla cards out there, there's lot of confusion.
To add to the above there is also VanillaGift card. LOL.
