Since they are in very close, and relatively long duration, proximity with clients all day long, that pretty much as good as it gets for transmission conditions. There is no harm with going in with a mask on if catching it will be a problem for you.

Fwiw, I've been to Pine / Herndon several times and a couple of the Franconia spots numerous times throughout the pandemic and have had no issues with Rona. My one about with rona was in late December during the onslaught of omicron but it did not come from a whack shack / jerk-and-squirt / rub-and-tug shop.
