I have done something similar to build up a semi private reserve which worked out well during the pandemic especially before the vaccine was widely avaiable. I was seeing only one regular for quite a stretch of time. She did not want to see many people and neither did I. The challenge for me now is my stock is dissipating and it is tough to restock these days, especially with the way rates are going up.
