Had a dream I saw this lady a while back. At the time her home was on the 3rd floor of an older building in a commercial district on the west side. Not great, but not bad. IMHO when service is good guys willingly pay and tip as they are already planning their return visit. When service is bad guys will complain and not want to pay (tip) for service they did not receive. There is a reason why they want tip up front and its not in your favor.

In any business good service gets good tips, bad service gets poor or no tips.

Reported on this place in strongsville few weeks ago and made a return trip this week. In short, it wasn't good 5/10.
