It's Amoxicillin but it's sold OTC because it's supposed to be for fish.
I tried fellas. I really did. Angie is in the situation she's in because she's just not capable of upgrading. At least not by me. Go to one not near where you live or work, and pay cash so there is no evidence on your credit card or bank account. If you are already feeling the burn, you don't have time to get something delivered before it gets rough. Most of the oral antibiotics they will write a script for are on the cheap or free list at Publix. Once again, go to one not near where you live or work. Also, many of the antibiotics for a urinary tract infection and bacterial STD are the same. If you get caught with the meds, say you were diagnosed with a UTI. HIPAA laws protect anyone from getting your medical records to prove otherwise, unless you sign the waiver to allow it. Don't do that!

The standard of care is go in, get a blood draw, get a full panel of antibiotics (they just have you do this even before getting results, so you're not getting worse if you are infected), and then get your results a couple of days later.
An STD antibiotic course will kill your entire gut biome, so you'll need probiotics for a month or so.
Standard care is no bareback fucking for maybe three weeks; it's a good idea to do a follow up STD test after 3-4 weeks (this is standard for pregnant women who are treated) because lately there are some persistent Chlamydia strains (and it's probably 99% likely that Chlamydia is what you've picked up, the most common by far). Watch your eyes, too, because Chlamydia can spread to the eyes; it may even be worth getting some azythromycin drops as a precaution.

When I get tested I use an online system to get results. (Prepaid credit card of course). If it comes back positive for anything I go to an urgent care a place off Five Forks Trickum, Ronald Reagan Clinic. They take cash and don't ask questions. I've only had occasion to use them once for Chlamydia. I haven't gone BB since, because it was almost impossible to avoid having sex with my wife while I was taking the antibiotics, even after I was leery. I had to fake a two week stomach virus. Anyway, there are a lot of discrete places around that take cash or prepaid credit cards. Overall damage is around 250 for the tests (all) and the Dr. Visits.
