When you have dope boys and handlers standing at the bus stop with one provider how many paying customers are going to stop?

Went by around 9:30 pm and must have been 20 people hanging around the bus shelter, most of them DB, and young BSW of all shapes and sizes.

Pretty sure somebody on here as when I posted a couple pics of her a few months ago he ran back and told her almost immediately.
