LE is pretty constantly present in that parking lot. I had an amusing episode of dodging them myself some months ago and wrote a detailed report in this thread. But this week a poster made me recall the event when he expressed paranoia about driving out of a COI MP parking lot because LEO was hanging around - so I did a condensed version of that AC post which I'll paste here:

Funny though that I had a similar moment when leaving the AC in Anaheim - a place which has been busted and is under regular scrutiny by LEO. I heard from a special source that the police found their evidence in the AC's trash basket. There were significant amount of discarded condom and trace of deposited semen found at the place. I'm surprised AC is careless about this and they won't be anymore. But even so, the presence of condoms still doesn't prove anything pertaining to the crime of prostitution/solicitation. Some localities have ordinances which make the suspicious presence of a quantity of condoms at MPs some kind of minor misdemeanor which will result in a fine. Such ordinances exist because of the difficulty of proving a prostitution offense in an MP setting without the use of undercovers literally taking the house over - so MPs are harassed for having condoms, license issues, etc. This is why the girl so often leaves the room when its time to get a condom (most often with a 1st time customer). She's getting it from some hiding place...even some rubber mine that may have been dug outdoors. But if the MP accumulates a number of these violations they can be literally harassed to death and forced to close.
