If they don't do anything about it, they'll lose loyal patrons. For them girls top and bottom line is $, once they have the $ they have control how they want to service. Not trying to beat you up but try adjusting your behavior and attitude and you'll get better service. Many mongers are ugly but are treated to GFE because they're charming.

And a lot of times if the chemistry isn't there everyone will have a lousy time, and it isn't really anybody's fault.

The only thing I'd say is that if you are consistently getting poor service from girls that consistently get great reviews you might need to ask yourself some tough questions. I don't think it is because of your looks (bluntly, there are damned few handsome devils in this hobby) either. Also keep in mind that the managers have incredible memories about customers and often pre-brief the girls about them, so you might have gotten a bad reputation from something arbitrary in the past and are now stuck with it. The memories of the managers can either work for you or against you and sometimes it is total luck of the draw which will happen.

I knew Iris from another store and she is great at pre-briefing the girls about what I like. Alyssa is good about doing the same with the girls. I disagree with the comment someone made about not being in the Shanghai Club. If you treat the girls well and you are good to them they will respond accordingly.

On a hopefully constructive note for Legend, it's possible to get better results by adopting a more positive persona. Not by changing yourself in a deep way, but just by pretending to be someone else. The girls are playing characters. You should play one too. You don't have to change yourself. Just pretend for an hour to be a happy, positive, confident guy who knows the ladies enjoy him. They'll key off the persona you project. After a while you'll start to become that guy. There is no Shanghai club per se. Wherever I go, I treat girls nicely and I always get it back with their service level. So yeh, I don't think it's anything to do with your look or physical appearance but how you treat them.

There are other individuals like yourself (no need to point fingers, but you know who you are) that need to understand that you are the common denominator.

Setting yourself up with high expectations or expecting the girls to behave a specific way is an easy way to be disappointed.

Let me be the first to say I am a frequent to Shanghai and nearly always have a good time. I am nice to the girls, Iris knows me by name (not my real one) and I nearly always get a handy or whatever on top of the main course. So with that, I had a very rare bad experience yesterday.

I always go in the morning, just my experience that the girls are a bit less tired early. Text Iris ask how long the wait is she said just come 2 girls are free.
