Kind of normal to assume everyone is 10 years older than they advertise see so many ads that say '28' or '29' and the face is easily 35-40 that a real 18 year old is gong to look really young.

For me I'd avoid cause its not worth the risk and 18 is too young for someone to be doing this for a living. I don't have a problem with the profession obviously but at that young something is really wrong in your life if you are doing this for a living. 18 and you should be living with your parents or going to school, not selling yourself online.

But at least a 30 year old probably has a better idea of what they're getting into (and has probably at least tried a couple other options first).
