Decided to take a trip into the city about 3AM stayed, till about 430AM made my way through the normal loops and saw four SW's total. Unfortunately the Loop has been a shell of itself for almost a year and a half now. The most you'll see out there nowadays is 10-12 and that's only on the weekends during the LE shift change window. On top of that, as you described the few that be out there are typically riffraff. Don't hold your breath waitin' for the old days to return.

It seems it is better use of time for AMPs. Don't think I'll be getting a family van just for a street date. It is robably more worth it next time I'm at fort laterdale or south beach.
