I was there for a lot longer than 15 minutes, but it was mid-afternoon on a rainy day last week. I don't think my RA, Hanna (h), was even done with my massage within 15 minutes. Not sure about that part, however. As for parking, I parked in the little lot in front, but I was an out-of-town visitor in a rental car, so I didn't care. After I left I did notice all the parking in the back, though it wasn't obvious to me that you could easily get to Royal from there. It was pouring, so I wasn't looking too closely.

Ask for Anna (who owns the place) and Jane. I've had them both individually and both give great massages. You definitely won't get a HE here, but when I was alone with Jane she left me rub on her ass during the flip. I suggest you not do that with Jane during a 4 hand while Anna is there. She don't play. You can also go down the road to Massage Nova. Ask for Cindy and Mandi. Both give a great massage. Cindy gives a HE but it's very mechanical.
