Plus this video shows server farm industrial use HDDs which at that level have to be in a sterile cold room, basically the Operating Room of a hospital type situation if not the drives will fail inside of 18 months on average. Consumer use is very different. I am currently building a Lian Li RGB EVO Lamborghini case. In this system I will be using an AMD Threadripper 48 core processor 256 GB ram memory Radeon 7900 xtx GPU three motherboard mounted Samsung 990 Pro m. 2 2 tb drives & four 6 tb Seagate Iron Wolf HDDs. This will be a water-cooled system with two 120 mm radiators, one for the CPU the other for the GPU. So to put the fries in the bag (as this generation says) I will not be using anything by Western Digital. I believe you are relaying information you do not understand or have fully analyzed.
