From my experience they will generally sell anything of value at a very low rate just to get the next poison. I've seen with my own eyes how well intended food stamp cards are given to poison dealers for half the value or for things of even less value. That's why you can go to a grocery store and see the dealers baby mamas buying steaks every few days (your tax dollars at work). Sorry for that rant. Another post someone mentioned buying food from somewhere and just handing it to them. I think this is a better way to get food to them. I've taken food many times to them and taken the ladies to a drive thru many times and I do see them eat that way. So, my opinion is you are trying to be that decent human being that I believe most of us try to be. Just be aware that most if not all of these ladies only have one thing on their mind when they leave you. It's not food in their stomach unfortunately.

I knew a SW in Statesville years ago that I picked up on a regular Basis got her one time for a QV FS for whopping Nine Bucks LOL. Had another girl In Statesville while driving by her Hollared I got something for you, So I turned back around she gave me a BJ then when she got done she was waiting to be paid I laughed and said HUh I aint got any money on Me You said you had something for me LOL, I got off with giving her a Half Pack of smokes.
