It's generally between Tice and Ortiz, both on PBB and Tice. Watch all the side streets in between. Yes, they walk both sides of PBB. Also, look for girls loitering outside the motels. , and glance down the side streets on the north side of PBB, too.
Ashley is obviously the most used name of SW's in FM. I think this one is #4.

I do not remember when it was constructed, but there was no median in the early to mid 90's. And there was much more action on PBB in those days. Sometimes there would be 3-4 girls just hanging out together on the corner of PBB and Tice, and one or two more near the motel. They installed the medians so you couldn't quickly turn to snag the shag walking on the other side of the street.
