It should not less than 70% and it loses effectivity and not more than 70% (also higher concentrations of alcohol not work as it needs that much water to work). Also alcohol burns and you should use a lotion after to prevent drying skin. The best is a soap and water wash immediately after but there is still significant risk catching an STI. The best protection is covering up with a condom.

Cruised thru the w / w last night and saw a cutie standing by the store on Payson & Ashton. I pulled over and she walked up to the car and introduced herself as Nicole.
