They are still located in the same declining areas of town. The part of the customer base with money to spend have moved away into the better parts of town out in the suburbs and seem disinclined to make the trip back into the inner part of the city. Some new strip clubs opening in slightly better parts of town would help but new strip clubs are largely blocked by the city government with the use of zoning or licensing laws.

I think the decline is permanent and the golden age of Indianapolis strip clubs is over. The number of strip clubs here have decreased by a third over the last decade and more will probably go out of business. I've been visiting local strip clubs almost every week for twelve years and have watched the decline. I used to think Harem House and Babes were bad but managed to find some decent looking girls to have as regulars. Since they changed their names to Jaguars and Jiggles, I haven't had a single regular in either one. If I find a pretty stripper that I like she doesn't stay because she can't make good money. On many trips I don't see a single girl I would want to buy a lap dance from. Last week I just stayed home and didn't miss going out to a strip club so I think I will reduce my visits and spend more time on other hobbies.

Club Rio and the Pony are on the other side of town from where I live so when I go over there I'll usually visit both at once. Normally the Pony has better and more dancers and also more customers. I was over there a little over a week ago on a Friday night and was surprised that two thirds of the tables at the Pony were empty and Club Rio was crowded. My regular at the Pony recently moved to PT's and told me the new manager there doesn't seem to know what he is doing. I paid twenty dollars to get into the Pony. That is too high for an Indianapolis strip club, especially one with a bunch of empty tables. Club Rio only charged me ten dollars, half as much, and the girls looked just as good. The Pony would be better off trying to get more customers in the club, because few customers will lead to a drop in income for the dancers and they will leave. My regular who left the Pony also said there are other things going on too beside fewer customers that is driving off the dancers but didn't go into details with me.

Over on my side of town, I'm also seeing an increase in numbers of customers at PT's. Rather than PT's improving this appears to just be a case where they are declining at a slower rate than the nearby Jaguars and Jiggles. PT's is really now the only decent option in my area. Jiggles and Jaguars are now getting so ghetto I'm starting to feel a little unsafe when I go to them. This is not just from the other customers but from the dancers. I had a large obese black dancer at Jiggles tell me I "better leave" if I wasn't going to spend money buying lap dances. It felt like it was a little bit of a threat.

Was in town for business this past week and dropped by the pony on my last night in town. Got there within a couple hours of opening (opens at 7) and there were two really cute girls an average girl and a thick girl that wasn't my type. Ming was my favorite looks-wise but I got nowhere fishing for extras. As the night passed and I'd had my fill of dollar domestic beers there were a couple more "seasoned" (older / obvious drug use) girls that were arriving. I didn't stay to find out what there was on offer.

Are Indy clubs totally nude or just topless? Will be in Indy for a whole week starting next Monday.

Any recommendation is much appreciated.

Jiggles, formerly known as Babes, may be nearing its end. Every Saturday night I go there are fewer customers, fewer girls, and worse looking girls. I went this Saturday night at eleven and the door guy told me there were no strippers inside and there hadn't been all day. I left without even going in. I've seen several attractive girls there over the past two years but they don't appear to make much money and soon leave. There are just not enough spending customers in the club now. There is not a limitless supply of unattractive girls who will work on a Saturday night for nothing and they appear to have reached the limit.

Tuesday I drove by Club Paradise about 3:30 pm And noticed they were open. Apparently they open at 3:00 pm There were two girls auditioning, neither was exactly my cup of tea. Although it didn't matter because they had nothing to do with me anyway. Other than that there was nothing going on. I'm glad to see some places opening early, but things sure aren't like they used to be.

The Silk opens at 7:00 pm, I went in there Wednesday night at 7:30 pm And there were no women except for the bartender and the manager. The bartender told me that things don't really start happening until 10:00 pm, so I came back Thursday night at 10:00 pm There were seven or eight women working that night. Three were sitting at a table and ignoring everyone, but the rest of them seemed to be having a pretty good time and they were fairly friendly. It's just a little later than I'd like to get started.

Maybe an Italian themed strip club. I can call it Uh-oh SpaghettiHoe's.

Hit Brass Flamingo on a Monday night around 5:30. I was very impressed by the line-up. A lot of very attractive dancers and many seemed interested in private dances. I got just one of the $25 privates. It was the typical BF dance-decent roaming but not a hint of extras. Headed to Rio next. Only a handful of dancers working and most were not that good looking. However there were 2 very sexy AA dancers. When I tipped $2 to one of the AAs on the stage she gave me a lot of stage side attention. I did two of the $30 dances with her. Definitely better mileage here. She was generous with her hands to say the least. And a great hard body. My general conclusion is that you get more mileage at Rio than Brad's but still Brad's today had the best lineup that I can recall since Covid.

I was in town for an event. Went to get on the highway to go home and traffic was horrible. So I decided to spin around and head to Club Rio. It was about 4 when I got there. 2 girls working, one AA on stage and another girl ditting with a guy. 4 or 5 other Patrons sitting around on their phones. I got a beer and sat down. After the girl on stage was finished they didn't make anyone else get on stage. The club honestly smelled like the men's locker room of an old Rec Center Gym. It was weird. Place need a good deep cleaning. I waited around sipping my beer and plating on my phone. They other girl was making her rounds and finally came to me. We talked a bit and went back for a dance. It was alright. He was nice. Big backside. I went back and sat down for another beer, drank it and was about to leave. Then one girl walked in and then another. Short, petite, so I decided to stick around. Glad I did. We had a good time. Lap dance was pretty free. She grabbed my hands at once point and put them on her chest. Said I wasn't going to get in trouble. We then talked for awhile, stage dances started back up, after talking I took her back for VIP. It like there's no AC in just that room. It was very warm. They had a fan in there but it didn't help much. The couch was kind of uncomfortable as well. But she was very into it, roaming was good, she was biting my neck, dirty talking into my ear. $200 for 30 min ain't terrible, especially when the bouncer was really no where to be found. She tried to get me to do more but I had a long drive home. As I was about to leave the club she ran up to me and gave me one more big hug a kiss on the cheek and grabbed my hand and put something in it. Was her number. We'll see where it leads, but I had a good time there. Not to shabby for a Sunday afternoonish.

If the dancer is busy, have the system send a text message when she's free.

On subsequent visits, it'll remember a person's preferences by phone number and recommend similar dancers or ones they've seen in the past. It could even prompt customers to rate their experience after each dance with a 1-10 text, both to help get a feel for customer preference and to evaluate dance talent.

Have a favorite dancer? Sign up for a text alert to know when she's working.

As long as you're tracking, add a loyalty program: Every 10th dance is free. Get a free dance on your birthday. Have it so you can text to get a drink delivered to you or your dancer, too.

Give an option to text a tip to your favorite dancer even when you're not at the club. Give the dancers the chance to send personal messages of thanks back through the system so they can keep their personal contact info hidden.

Someone smart could do it. They'd want to try it someplace with a much more upscale club culture than Indy, though. LOL.

I've seen clubs try and reach out to Gen Z by offering things like video game pods in the club and whatnot, but I feel like that defeats the purpose of going to a club. My whole point is that the industry has to adapt if it wants to survive. If the status quo stays the same, then yes, your scenario is possible. I'm suggesting there's room for change in the industry to fight the current trends. I even suggested possible changes.

I normally travel quite a bit for my job and tbh, I look at a club's social media presence as my indicator on whether I want to be there on not if I'm in a brand new area. Gen Z is all about things being simple and transparency, if an experience is too "come check us out and see," they'd rather not know. If you've never been to the Cincinnati / Dayton area look up Diamond's Cabaret on socials. They do a Great job of branding / making the experience easy (literally all the girls that dance there have "Diamond" or "Diamond Doll" on all their socials, they're all pretty young too so they're on OF as well doing both). There's plenty of room for innovation but it won't be until a millennial / gen z person owns their own club where we'll start to see things like this.

On the one hand, a club having a presence on social media is vital, as is using it the right way. A lot of clubs have social accounts but never use them, or use them in a generic way that doesn't help anything.

While you can't tell everything about a club from its online presence, the branding and pictures of the club can go a long way to separate nice clubs from dives. One of the things Polekatz in Chicago does really well is promote its theme nights on social. Of course, they have to do a good job with the visuals in the club, and the girls have to buy in as well with their outfits, to make those nights work. But they do all the right things and their ads, pics and video are great, as are their events.

The issue with clubs and social media, however, is there's still a taboo surrounding clubs. Clubs have to see value in maintaining a social media presence despite normal metrics not showing the value. A lot of customers aren't going to like / follow club social pages because of the taboo; that doesn't mean they're not looking at them, though. Clubs also have to be careful not to get any customers in their pics or vids, or if they do, they need to make sure the customers are OK with being shown. There are still a lot of guys who don't want to be seen out at a club. That doesn't even touch on how most social sites don't allow nudity.

For the dancers, it's a slippery slope. Yes, a lot of dancers have separate social accounts for their dance work, maybe tied to an OF or a Venmo link or whatever. But it's still pretty easy to track down a dancer's real identity from her socials, even if they're separate, which can bring up issues if the girl has a semi-serious job or a conservative family / SO in her non-dancer life. Dancers might not like that. A lot of girls aren't smart enough to keep their accounts straight, either.

A couple Wisconsin clubs regularly post which dancers are working that day on Facebook. On the one hand, if you have a favorite, it's nice to know if they're in or not. On the other, it also probably loses them some business, as seeing a day when no favorites are in might mean a regular doesn't go. Also, let's not forget that a lot of mongers are creepy, so those guys knowing when certain dancers are or aren't in could be a negative to some dancers.

It's an interesting balance. Still, change is happening. Slowly. It'll have to for clubs to survive. But they're not just going to roll over and die. Granted, it'll happen faster at the upscale clubs, and I don't know if any of Indy's clubs qualify as upscale compared to some of the high-end clubs in Chicago and Detroit. But it's still an interesting discussion.

Well, its been a few years since I ventured up to kokomo. Things have not gotten better. There might have been 8 dancers total and 2 were decent. They disappear in the back right after their dances are over. There's a black girl there that doesn't lap dance. She sits on your lap and that's it. There used to be some other places in Kokomo. Anyone know if they are any better?

Visited the Brass Flamingo on a Monday just as it was opening at noon. No surprise it was pretty dead. There was one gorgeous girl dancing but I couldn't stay long enough to get a dance as she was sequestered with a regular. The reason for my report is that it appears Brad's is back to giving better mileage for the dollar tips at the stage. Both times I tipped a couple bucks I was rewarded with a lot of skin contact and the face between the boobs. This was standard service for years but Covid changed the game to 'no contact tipping' for a while. Let's hope this is a trend in the right direction.

New here, new to Indy / Indiana. Found the forum after a deep dive on local clubs.

Checked out a few based on recommendations from a local dude I met. Went to Brad's on a busy night and was pretty disappointed in the music, had kind of a honky tonk vibe, more classic rock and country than I was anticipating. But the girls at Brad were beautiful! And there was a friendly crowd. Had a couple so-so dances and ok conversation. Liked The Pony's vibe a little more. It struck me as a little more classy / less sports bar like, but it was a slow night and the girls were preoccupied with regulars. The girls at PTs were very talkative and great on the pole, but the drinks were terrible and the club layout doesn't make any sense. I didn't stick around for a dance, not sure if I was missing out. Does this line up with anyone's experience?

Anyway. I have a few buddies coming to town in a couple weeks and I kinda want to impress. It seems here that the top picks are Brad's, Rio and The Pony. It also sounds like Dancers is classy, but a little boring and expensive. Where should I go for the best mix of music (more club classics. Less hard rock), better drinks (beer & cocktails), and top shelf dances?

Any thoughts on Rio would also be helpful too. Haven't been there yet. But it sounds fun according to some posts here, even if the club isn't the nicest. True to anyone else's experience?

I made a trip to Jaguars last night. There was really only one cute girl there and when I did a lap dance with her found she had bad personal hygiene. I would not repeat with her. In the past I had more regulars here than any other club but have not had one for two years now. The club has a lot of customers now who spend little money. That is not conducive to attracting high quality girls. Jiggles is even worse. Three clubs on Pendleton Pike is now one too many.

I'll be rolling through Indy in January and wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations for clubs that have private rooms for lapdances (noticing sadly these are few and far between anymore) where there might be extra's to be had. The partition down the middle was put in for that reason. It did not work out. Now the back half of the club is seldom used except on busy weekend nights.

As for Rio it is worth a weekend night trip. There are enough girls you can probably find your type. The Pony is close so you can hop over there if you don't see someone to your liking.

I headed over to PT's. When I went inside the stage was empty. Two strippers appeared to be sitting at tables and taking a nap. After about 30 minutes I saw two other girls walking out the door. They had apparently decided to leave early for the day. Most other clubs in town are about the same. Only Brad's has a normal dayshift with several girls doing a stage rotation at all times. Instead of strip clubs, the other clubs are now mostly empty stage clubs or have ended their dayshift completely.

Stopped in at the BF on a Monday early afternoon. Not a ton of dancers but the ones working were all pretty nice looking. I got a private dance from.

"Molly" who I've had dances with once before. I intended only one dance but the first was so nice I did two more. Really a nice experience. Glad Brad's still provides a good dancing experience earlier in the day.

I spent time exploring the afternoon shifts at Rio, Babes West and Gold Club. Even made some day visits to Brass Flamingo if work trips around city ended the day early near that club.

Miss those days.

Talking with a dancer friend this week at The Brass Flamingo, she told me of post excise police visit rules focus. They held a meeting last Friday 2/9. More emphasis on nipple covering ie nipple tape and pasties. Another area of focus is simulated sex acts.

Apparently they reviewed tapes from VIP cameras also and one dancer got a suspension.

I have no idea if pre All Star Game thing or election year, Indiana has been known for focus due to both election and special events.

I will be visiting Indianapolis this weekend and wanted to know if any good strip clubs are by the airport. The city appears to have a few, but I am not sure of the locations. I will be getting in on Friday night and then flying out on Saturday, so I did not want to travel too far.

New manager at Rio no more extras. They kicked me out for asking a girl I've done extras with for years. Today they took my admission fee told me to leave and kept my cash. Bartender cut me off after 3 big beers yesterday only 3 beers I had. Hugger in Kokomo the only one left. Too bad Rio was always reliable. I was there a couple times recently myself. Old favorite Layla said they had to wear nipple covers now and options for fun were very limited. I too have had lots of fun in this place but will not waste anymore of my time.

Decided to take a trip to Kokomo and the Hip Hugger. I had done a review on this place about a month or 2 ago and wasn't very kind. Well that was the day shift that sucked. Yesterday, I was night fishing and it's a completely different lake at night. Maybe 4-5 keepers. A few bluegill. A few big ass catfish girls but that's good, they keep the brothers happy. BTW, Why do the brothers like those big ass girls that are wide trackin? No judgment here. Something for everyone. The star of the night for me was Jordan. She is 35. DI quality body. And for those of you that don't know, the lap dances here are 10 bucks. Pitcher of beer is 12 bucks. Granted its either Busch lite or Budweiser but oh well. Plenty of touching and grinding is encouraged. I did 2 dances with Jordan and shot number 1 was gone. 20 bucks for the 2 dances and I was finally relieved. I did another dance with some other girl that was uneventful, so it was a 10 buck dance and that's all. Then, Jordan comes back. We go back for some more dances. Now boys, I am in my 60's. I haven't seen 2 shots on goal in years, if not decades. It took her 3 songs this time but whaaaa lhaaaaa. SUCCESS. All in, I spent about 2 hours there, 60 bucks for 6 dances and 12 bucks in beer. 2 nuts.

If you decide to go to Kokomo, here's a few tips. Its about 45 minutes from Carmel up 31. It can be a speed trap so take your time. If you can, wear some sweat pants. A boner rubbing up and down on jeans can be a little rough. Keep your 20's in your wallet and 10;s in a pocket. This way, if you get a dance with a dead fish, you don't have to ask her for change from a 20. Give her a 10 from your pocket and move on. Lastly, when you leave, just before you get out of Kokomo, there is Rallys. Stop and get the 5 pc chicken tenders. Great for eating while driving.

Crawling the clubs was honestly my favorite monger activity; though there were many other "sure things" out there, picking up a cute dancer had the excitement of the pursuit, and the added turn-on of trying not to get caught. Plus you got to see the product in action, no fake photos. And feeling like I had somehow charmed her was a nice ego boost as well (as much as I was probably fooling myself, and it was she charming me).

Nowadays I don't even stop at any Indy clubs, or honestly any in Indiana, though I did give Brad's three second glances last week as I drove past.
