Good review for a newer guy. But, man, that's a high risk location for an AMP. Two higher end restaurants plus several good restaurants and across from a church and school. That parking lot is full all weekend. What day of the week and time of day did you go?

I'm not a big fan of the AMP a little further north across from Kroger but I've had mostly good experiences at the AMP near the draw bridge. Both are consistent and a lot less visible.
