We have bitched and moaned about prices so lets talk a bit about customer service. I'm not talking skills during the visit, just simple communication, time management and scheduling. I recently woke up ready to try something new. It didn't go well, but really the results aren't all that unusual. Long ago I was told "a smart man learns from his mistakes, a wise man learns from other's mistakes before he makes them himself". I have never heard anything good about those places on here, in the news, or through friends and acquaintances. That's enough for me, but add to it many people who know my car drive by there on a daily basis. Should they happen to glance over and notice it they would probably wonder what I was up to. My theory is that once their immediate needs are met any work ethic they may have goes out the window until the demons or landlord comes knocking again. Not surprising really, but still frustrating. Say well answer phone when get in area, no answer wait half hr to 1 hr. Maybe answer.
