High School Punks by any other name
Or close to it.
Rode down the trail yesterday and the church @ 18 there were no less than 8 cruisers. A few blocks N. next to Cleo's 2 had a car pulled over.
I figure the new sheriff is keeping his word to get criminals off the streets and is starting with drug dealers.
So that affects our activities as well so I would suggest that everyone be very careful, at least till they move on to the next segment of their push.
Funny thing is with all their presence @ 18th. there were none anywhere else along the trail.
Remember how the high school punks used to gather together and hang out. Some things never change. Same guys. They just gave them guns and cars.
Adventurous Sunday Afternoon
Yesterday, after work, I decided to see what was happening on the trail from Sandlake to Washington. Initially, everywhere seemed dead. The few SWs I saw were of the crack zombie variety. That is until I spotted a couple of half-way decent looking BSWs a couple of blocks up from Kaley. Since I was heading south I made a left turn on the street north of Kaley so as to go full circle back up to OBT. While doing that, I spotted an OCSO cruiser heading west towards OBT, but chose to ignore. When I got back on OBT, I noticed the SWs again, and they went into the corner store north of Kaley. Thinking I'm going to get an up close look at them, I foolishly decided to park at the corner store and go inside. When I saw them up close I decided to pass. While inside, not a minute goes by, I hear sirens wailing outside. That's when all the zombies and ghouls ran out of the store to see what was happening. There were at least 4-5 OCSO cruisers blocking the parking area. My car included. They were frisking and searching a couple in a vehicle two spots away from where I was parked. I thought it was going to be one of those sweeps where they search everyone on the premises, but had nothing to worry about since I've been clean and sober all my life. After going back in the store to purchase a couple of lotto tickets, I calmly got in my car and waited for 30 minutes then asked one of the officers to let me out. The officer was quite a looker. She greeted me in what I would say was Urban talk, then obliged. Phew!! that was close. Stay tuned for part 2. Nnms46 out.
Adventurous Sunday Afternoon pt2.
After that close call with OCSO, I decided to head on south with the hodar on full sensitivity. While in the center lane, and approaching the Racetrack gas station, I noticed a hot looking light skinned BSW walking southbound. I had to be careful, as I was flanked on left by OCSO cruiser with the hottie officer at the wheel. I slowed down a bit, let her pass, then did the loop to scoop SW. Alas, by the time I came around, she was intercepted by a lucky fellow in a red 4runner. I hung out at the Checkers for a minute, hoping that they woul not come to terms, and she would get tossed back in the pool. To no avail. Licking my wounds, I head out again. This time, I spot a young, slim WSW crossing the street to the bus stop in front of the ABC liquor store. Drove further south, made an inconspicuous U-turn, and headed back north to ABC. When I pulled up into a spot, I waited until she came up to the car. She was a cutie, a bit thin, but still cute by SW standards from that area. She skipped up to my car and asked if she could get in?. I then asked her if she had a place? She unfortunately replied no. I had to pass, as I will not do car dates in my car. She then skipped away, leaving me to wonder if I made the right decision. Following that, I decided to head on home. Nnms46 out.
