RW, I have to disagree to some degree. The MAIN reason they are busting people is because it is the politically correct thing to do, and it is something that can be easily touted as "cleaning up our streets". These types of crimes are horrible, and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent, but to use them as justification to stamp out a private activity because those in power don't agree with it doesn't quite feel right. When a clerk behind a counter is robbed and killed, we recognize it for what it is. A senseless act where the perpetrator should be found and brought to justice as quickly as possible. We do not blame the store, the owner, or the worker. So why should these girls be any different? And if anyone tries to tie in trafficking, minors, or pimps.
