Good spot but it is not in the OC and lots of reports about it in COI forum since thats the closest area.

I’ve noticed recently that the number of ads for massage parlors in the Register is much lower than in the past - particularly in the Adult Services classified section.
I was told that one of my regular establishments might be closing in January when their lease runs out. This is a well advertised establishment, convenient to the freeway that’s been in business for years with no LE problems. Upscale facility with average but not great looking girls. No FS on the menu but always a good hour massage with a happy ending for $.
I was told that one day last week they had eight customers for the whole day. An average day last year was around 45.
