I think you are right. Those of us that are experienced should feel a different vibe. I would imagine that the cop tries to bait you into actually declaring you want sex for money so they have something on you in court. If I want FS I just say I want everything and they understand. Saying I want everything for a 100$ tip is not that incriminating. You could say in court that you are a good tipper. I would imagine the scenario would go like this.

Cop:"What would you like"
John: "everything"
Cop: "what do you mean everything?"

HG, I'm not trying to be sarcastic either but would like to point out that although I live in the mid-west now, don't make the mistake of assuming that I have never been anywhere else. I was raised in the south and since my teens have lived/worked in just about every region of the country including Hawaii and Alaska and have spend several years overseas as well. Having said that, I will obviously concede your point that there are more Asians in certain parts of the country than others, but if you look at my post I was commenting on a case in a small South Carolina town and stand by my observation that they (or most other PDs) would not have asian female officers to send in as UC's.

It seems that it is a moot point anyway. I was reading through another thread and found a conversation on the case that said that they (the same SC PD) used a "korean female informant" in previous AMP stings. While it is just an assumption, I would not be suprised if this lady is a current or former provider with a case of her own hanging over her head that decided to make a deal. If that is the case, then she would lend the feeling of "authenticity" that I suggested would be missing in such a sting making it hard to see the bust coming. Even in places we are familiar with, it is not unusual to get "the new girl" or to be told the mamasan we always see at the door is on vacation.

The question that still bothers me is how can they hijack a legally liscensed business and use it as a trap? They have done this with escorts incall locations for years, but this is a whole other ballgame. Unless they can prove the owners were involved or at least aware of the illegal activity, it seems this is way over and beyond. If a guy at Mcdonalds was selling crack (unbeknownst to the management) along with the burgers would they be justified in "taking over" the restaraunt to bust his customers? Not likely, so how does it fly with an AMP?

As I make my way down "the list". I made my first trip to 7 heavens. Did the hour, I really have to start writing down the names. She was a 7 in looks and 8 massage. No offense taken. Like you pointed out there are areas where the demographics make it almost a certainty that they have asian female cops. I phrased my initial post poorly. What I was attempting to convey (badly) was that they are rare to the point I can't specifically recall ever seeing one even after spending three years in Hawaii with the heavy asian population there. I probably have, I just killed the brain cell that memory was stored in somewhere along the way.

Good point. Most of the AMP girls I have dealt with have been very coy in how they phrase their words in the negotiations. Most also go out of their way to cover themselves with little tricks like having you put their hand where you want it and such. I would definately be suspicious if I ran across one that insisted that I spell out exactly what I am looking for. Hell, this whole conversation has me a little paranoid. Now I'm going to be checking for G-men hiding under the table when I walk in the room.
