Wow, I want to thank all of you that chimed in on my last post. I was truly curious to see how others would handle this situation. So, to all those that may be asking. Yes, Brittany pulled a no call / no show for our Friday appointment even though we had talked the day before. She has since contacted me after the 24 hr grace period but not much past.
