I've tipped slightly higher than standard, but she never once negotiated or even mentioned what tip should be. She's independent so I would say you should just chat with her about what works between the two of you.

Young, pretty girl gave me table shower and just OK massage. No problem with UTC up top and OTC on the bottom. Disinterested finish but got the job done. I've had outstanding service there and very poor service. I think I've only had the same girl twice. It's always someone new and that's a double edged sword. New means you could find a great one. Or lose a great one.
