I did go around these a night a month or so ago, saw this girl RENE, in jiggles. Entry was $10, drinks were ok. Girl was pretty cute and other girls looked decent. I would say that's the only one with decent looking girls of all three. Jaguars was empty, like literally and no cover. PT's had no pretty ones.

Anyways, the dance's were $25/ song. Were decent and nothing more to be had. Just basic report, I know strip clubs are pretty dead around here. But my 2 cents for fellow mongers.

There were several attractive dancers when I visited the Pony late Friday evening. This is a club that is dead in the early evening and doesn't really have most of the girls showing up until around ten or so. It's a frequent occurrence for me to see attractive girls here. It's comparable to Brad's or Dancers and much better than the three Pendleton Pike clubs I live close to. Some of the attractive girls I saw were getting little attention. One sat up at the bar for an hour and a half with no one approaching her and finally went back to the dressing room, got dressed and left. I was wincing at the high-volume level the music was set at, and a cute girl asked me if I was ok. I used the opportunity to ask her for lap dances. I have a regular there, a Mexican girl named Miracle, and did a couple lap dances with her too.

I usually also make a stop at nearby Rio while I'm on that side of town, but the girls there don't look quite as good. There tends to be only a couple of good-looking girls and they are usually both sitting at a table with customers the whole time I'm there. Strip club etiquette is don't approach the dancers when they are with another guy, and I usually don't violate that. I'm not going to risk a confrontation with another customer by looking like I'm trying to take his girl away right in front of him. Any one particular girl is not that important. There will always be another night, another club and another girl.

I will be visiting Friday and Saturday from out of town. Was wondering if any of you have any recommendations on any clubs / dancers that offer quality private dances and preferably some "extras". Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I've noticed over the years that when new strip club managers come in from other cities, they never do even the most basic research on local strip club conditions. A Rust Belt city like Indianapolis can't have the same rules applied to it that you might see in a popular tourist destination like Las Vegas or Miami where you have lots of high spenders visiting.

That is not the requirement in most clubs I've frequented around the Midwest.

From what I've seen at strip clubs, a drink minimum is usually only employed when there's some sort of law or local ordinance or whatever that doesn't allow the place to out-and-out charge a cover. There's a club in northeastern Wisconsin where they go with a non-alcoholic bar to be full nude. When you walk in, they make you buy two $5 drink cards. That's essentially your cover. It has the added benefit for them of likely keeping you there for the length of drinking two beverages, though you're just getting an expensive soda or a bottle of water, so you can just leave with it if you want, or even just walk out with the cards if you want.

That's the only place I've been to like that, though. Everywhere else, even other NA places, they charge a cover. There are some places where they frown upon you sitting at the bar unless you have a drink, but even that's a more subtle thing.

That guy's trying to sell you a cart of manure. Don't buy it.

So finally had time and hit dancers show club past Thursday night right at 10. Hoping to hit late shift and some of the dancers all over there instagram page. I would say 4 of them were there including Champagne. I saw her coming out of the VIP with a white thong and a dancers T-shirt that was probably xtra small and barely containing her huge natural boobs. My luck she walked right past me and we made contact and within five minutes we were on the couch. This girl is early twenties with a body to die for and a sexy and sultry personality to match. The dance, well use your imagination it was high mileage and I was holding on for dear life or maybe not. Funny think is I waited until 10 thinking all the good ones came later and she come in between 5 and 7. I thought I had the best dance in a long time with Maui at Brads a couple weeks back but this made that one look tame. As far as the vibe of dancers, I felt the selection was good and the dancers were definitely walking around and interacting way more than brads. My dances were 30 each and a steal IMO.

Got to do the club thing in Indy for the first time in about five years. Not a ton to report, but some basics:

Started at Brad's Saturday night around 1 am Place was packed, but I'm not sure why, because the talent was not much to write home about. I only get to Indy once every few years, but Brad's seems to have gotten slowly less worth it each time, especially compared to the talent in Chicago or the service in Detroit. The girl I saw with the best body on stage had nice lingerie, but from the neck up, the face and hair didn't do it for me. The one girl I saw that had the cutest face came out of the Brass Room about 15 minutes into my visit, but then just went and sat with some regulars it looked like she knew and I knew I wasn't going to pry her away. I gave up after about a half an hour. Probably about 20-25 girls, ranging from 4-7, median around 5 and a half.

Cut bait and went to Rio. First time there, as I did not have good luck at Dancers the last time I was Indy. Far less talent, but the high end was higher than Brad's IMO. Girl caught my eye at the door who was pretty much the full package. Talked a good game, and seemed to entertain ideas beyond just dances at first, but something seemed to turn in her mind as the night came close to the end and we couldn't work anything out. She says she's danced at a lot of clubs in a lot of places, but just started at Rio. She'll do well. I'd say eight girls, ranging from 5-9, median around 6.

Went back to Brad's on Sunday afternoon as I only had a little time before I had to hit the road. Talent was better for Sunday day than it was for Saturday night. Hit it off really well with a sweetheart curvy blonde daytime regulars will know. Great conversationalist. Did a few dances and had to leave. TL; DR: The dancers I talked to gave me the impression Indy is slipping as a city generally. The talent issues might speak to this. Brad's is still my go-to, but that Saturday night shift set of talent was abysmal. I'd give Rio another shot, especially if more goes on there as has been hinted here.

Hanging out, making it rain and stage tipping is part of that culture but buying lap dances, a major source of stripper income, isn't. Cities use zoning and licensing laws to block new strip clubs, which lessens much needed competition for the existing clubs. Strippers respond to declining income by increasing lap dance prices, which drives customers away.

There will always be strip clubs, but they are unlikely to be as popular in the future as in the past. I can remember when I started going to local strip clubs a dozen years ago there were twenty clubs and in many of the clubs it was so crowded on a Saturday night you couldn't find a place to sit. Yes, the economy is rough all over, but it seems to be hitting Indianapolis particularly hard. Every rust belt town has tried to do its revival a little differently. Indy bet on being a convention town. COVID made us realize we don't need conventions as much as we thought because we can do a lot virtually, not to mention the loss of so much revenue from a year without much going on in that realm particularly.

There's also increasingly better options for quality talent, whether it be camgirl work, sugar arrangements, OF or working Insta and TikTok to skip this side of the game altogether.

I think a lot of dancers and spenders used the pandemic, either during or after, as an excuse to relocate. I don't think there's a lot of motive to come back to a place like Indy if you left.

It even hurts that the more-natural look is in right now. Once, Brad's was a haven for "torpedo tits," big fake boobs that looked anything but natural but felt good on your face. There was motivation for girls to make money in the club so they could invest in going bigger and make even more money. Now, though, it doesn't work that way.

There's still value in the club experience. A camgirl can't grind on your lap through the screen. But I think it's going to be tough for a place like Indy until some of these other factors trend upward. I don't see it happening in the near future.

Then headed over to Dancer's near the airport. The club is much nicer than BBF with much more space on stage, a better bar, better waitstaff service, and most importantly more and better looking girls! Got a few dances in the back, but was shocked by sticker price $40/ song. They were OK, but not worth it. I agree with the sentiment of other posts in this thread that the industry is suffering for many reasons and not just free internet porn. I remember days where the dancers actually danced on stage in a seductive way.

Ran into three that post on instagram frequently and first time seeing in person. Grabbed a dance with the a blonde one and it was pretty disappointing couple of dances. Not quite air dances only but nothing like the last few I have had if you follow my reviews. I debated on trying to hit up the other two but decided to cut my loses and head to dancers. Arrived at 11:15 and dead. I maybe made customer 8. At one point 5 dancers were sitting with one guy and he was chatting the waitress and eating. Tipped up a dancer named Kira on stage and made small talk compliments and figure she has to stop by right? Only guy to tip her! No, she finishes and heads straight to the little side room and hides with her phone. WTF. Where is the common sense, business savvy, hustle. Well I am about to pull the plug and I hear the name of the next dancer. Aries. Very pretty, great body art and personality, you can see her all over there site / instagram. Ended up doing 3 for 100, crazy but what the hell. Good dances but as everyone else has stated I myself may start backing off or detouring my visits so I hit us 31! LOL.

If Indianapolis talent is a healthy step down, if not two, from Chicago & Detroit's, then the Hugger's was a full step further. Also, some of the girls who might have been strippers in the past may be out on sugar daddy sites now. High spending customers, sometimes called "whales", seem to be less common in clubs than in the past.

I see little experimentation in the strip club industry where clubs try something new to see if it might work better. There is usually a sameness to the local strip club experience. Some local clubs let the girls charge what they want. The results are always bad and cause a drop in customers but there is high manager turn over in local clubs so a new manager might not know when something was tried and didn't work before. The local clubs really don't make good use of any new technology. A few local clubs put their roster for the night on their twitter feed and a few have electronic boards that show the dancers currently in the club. There is also little market segmenting, where some clubs try to target a specific audience. It's not like the restaurant industry where there is a large variety of restaurants.

A lot of Gen Z trends go against the industry. First off, they're all broke, but that's a larger issue. They're not as big on relationships, so clubs relying on the "married man" market might become more fraught. They don't like creepy middle men intervening with sexuality, so the whole idea of a cut of every dance and room going to some rich club owner someplace also is unsavory.

Gen Z does love its tech, though, so I wonder if adding some technology in lieu of it taking the place of bouncers and servers, who would still be there but less visible, might not hurt. Dare I even say some AI. Gamify it.

Have a touchscreen at the front of the club. Allow customers to "login" with their phone number at the touchscreen. When they come in, they enter their preferences and the touchscreen recommends some dancers for them, or let customers scroll through pictures or descriptions of who's on shift. If they want, they can push a button and the dancer will come to the touchscreen to meet them (give the dancer an option to list some excuse if they don't want to see a particular customer). If the dancer is busy, have the system send a text message when she's free.

On subsequent visits, it'll remember a person's preferences by phone number and recommend similar dancers or ones they've seen in the past. It could even prompt customers to rate their experience after each dance with a 1-10 text, both to help get a feel for customer preference and to evaluate dance talent.

As long as you're tracking, add a loyalty program: Every 10th dance is free. Get a free dance on your birthday. Have it so you can text to get a drink delivered to you or your dancer, too.

Give an option to text a tip to your favorite dancer even when you're not at the club. Give the dancers the chance to send personal messages of thanks back through the system so they can keep their personal contact info hidden.

Someone smart could do it. They'd want to try it someplace with a much more upscale club culture than Indy, though. LOL.

I've seen clubs try and reach out to Gen Z by offering things like video game pods in the club and whatnot, but I feel like that defeats the purpose of going to a club. There are other ways tech could happen. Someone just has to try it.

I just became aware that Club Onyx on the south side has closed. It was raided by police and then lost its alcohol license. I did a little googling and found that it had the usual problems of a poorly run strip club. It was run in a way that it attracted a clientele that was involved in shootings, drugs and prostitution. I had not been there for years since before the Covid epidemic back when it was Classy Chassy. There is a paucity of strip clubs on the far south side now and there should be room for one in that location. You would have to have the right ownership and management team in place, though.

The strip clubs here I'm aware of that are still open are Jaguars, Jiggles, PT's, Brad's, Red Garter, Dancers, The Pony and Club Rio. That's only eight now. Silk may or not still be open. Adding those to the eight I listed brings the total number of clubs open up to thirteen. Clubs which have closed over the last twelve years that I know of are Sassy Kats, Club Zeus, Lenny's, Wild Cheri, Babes West, Club Venus and now Onyx. So, seven of the 20 clubs open twelve years ago are now closed. There does seem to be a definite decline in the local customer base which has resulted in so many closing. I also see a decline in the number of customers in some of the remaining ones so more are likely to close in the future. It is likely to be one of the five you listed but could be one of the Pendleton Pike clubs. Three strip clubs are too many for just that part of town.

Going to be in your town in a few weeks for a training seminar and would like to know if there are any clubs worth visiting when I'm in town. I'll be staying in the north west area near Eagle Creek park and don't want to travel more then 20-30 minutes from that area. If you want hot girls with limited action, go to Dancers.

Quick hits on a couple. Rio- Daytime, more action, hit or miss on looks. Brad's Brass Flamingo- better looking, hit or miss on attitude (aren't they all though? PTs, I've been up and down on this place for years. Sometimes I like the crew that's there and visit regularly, other times I sit down and ask myself "Why the F**K am I here?" Open 10:30-3, if you get there at 10:30/11 you may even be able to get through without paying a cover. $25 per song for private dances but they play the whole song. Drinks are typical strip club prices for a more urban environment (and the dangerous thing is, if you're really enjoying yourself you can just open a tab and put your lapdances on your card. I did that once. Enjoyed the time, but regretted the sheer amount of money spent LOL) I moved here in July and for a little while I was looking for all of the ass in Indianapolis and I swear to god its ALL there. Predominantly black with a few white girls sprinkled in. I hooked up with one after her shift one night, great time.

I fell in love with a stunning young lady last time I was there and completely emptied my wallet. That being said, I have never had any extras there, but plenty of high mileage private dances. They also have excellent food. My only complaint with the Sunset is their hours. I wished they opened earlier as 10:30 is late for me these days and the club really doesn't get hopping until about 1 am.

I think you are way overthinking it.

Most of these clubs are not nice, at all. Update them, make them classy. The money will follow.

You find more upscale clubs in Chicago, Detroit & elsewhere and these ideas would be better suited for those places. They just happened to pop up in this forum.

However, spend too much on updating them and making them nice and Gen Z can't afford them.

Anybody have a good idea how busy Brad's gets on Indy 500 weekend. In the past I've primarily gone to west side clubs. And last year went to Jaguars as I knew a dancer just started there.
