Generally 50% but if she asks, closer to 100%.
So, if a girl is 200 for a half, I tip 50% and give her 300.

Hell no lmao. 90% of these girls do mediocre work. On the rare occasion you get a good one then possibly but it'd go to the pimp more than likely knowing most of these girls have one.
