I'm going through matches and all of them are not that great. Wondering should I even renew membership.
I just felt bad as I had successes with the site. I think they track the email and the credit card I used to pay for subscription. Although I changed my email, I still used the same credit card, and I was banned again.
[QUOTE=Rentahoo;5789752]You can try a VPN but if someone doesn't want your business then it's hard to get them to take it. And SA doesn't want your business. There is tons of chatter about people being in SA jail. My bet is that there is a subtextual but deliberate decision by SA to get out of the business and just drain as much cash as they can before that inevitable date. The founder made his money and has had a change of heart per his statements online. Win-win for him. Gets to ride off into the sunset and avoids issues with feds. Actually I don't think many understand how FOSTA / SESTA changed the online dating atmosphere. Dudes like B Wade got to be paranoid that they will get taken down like Back Page was: bank accounts seized, houses seized, etc. Why build up a HUGE amount of cash only to have it seized by LE?
No, most of what he's doing is trying to keep obvious prostitution off of his site and certainly keep under-aged stuff off and anyone who is pimped. Point is that FOSTA / SESTA allows "victims" to sue the website operator for damages. First girl that wins that gets the ball rolling and like the "Me Too" movement it snowballs. Dude is wiped out.
So yeah, you go on there and make inferences about sex for money, or what their BOTs interpret as such, and you'll get banned. I think many could miss the subtlities of the dance for this and inadvertently cross the line. But that isn't totally fatal. It is possible to get back on, but one needs to use a different computer, VPN and method of payment. I use a browser that has a built in VPN, set to show USA nodes only, and that works well for me.
There has been plenty of discussion on this thread about those who got banned but jumped through hoops and got back on. It can be done. It isn't totally fatal. Easy? It is not. But impossible, No.
Best "fix" to banishment is to not get banned ever.
I have had girls mention money for dates and I either quit replying to them or simply state I'd like to talk to them off site. Period. Not talk to them offsite about money, not talk to them off site about dates, Just talk to them off site and request a text number.
Only had one girl who was suppose to be a "lawyer" try to bait me into a sex-for money-discussion on the site, even AFTER we had established offsite communications. Her request on the site was met with an offsite reply that explained P2 P was illegal and discussion of that on the site would lead to banishment. She persisted and eventually blew up on me. That's fine a lawyer that doesn't understand the law isn't a lawyer. She either was LE or an unstable liar, so good ridance. BUT, the way I handled it kept me from getting booted.
So watch your step, jump through hoops and keep on Sugaring!

Hate to be "that guy" but if one reads the thread you are not alone. Many other have gotten banned too. But some have figured out how to get reinstated. Yes, they track or dBase everything. So yeah, you want to get back on youse got to use EVERYTHING NEW! There is some comment that SA also profiles your computer via MAC Address and other things like screen size, etc. So getting back online could mean some more drastic tech changes (new device or new MAC Address).
Others have done it, so follow the history of how they did it.
Perhaps someone will go through the thread and assemble a list of post on "how to" get unbanned and post that in the "Sugarbaby Thread Highlights, Index, and FAQ" thread?
I had just made plans with the sexiest, funniest, sweetest girl. Then, her profile completely disappeared. She didn't block me. Her profile is gone. Someone obviously turned her in for something. Reporting the girls because you don't like what they have to say to you is fucking ridiculous! Just because you're not getting along with her, doesn't mean that she isn't getting along with other men. Stop being a cockblock! Stop fucking it up for the other guys! Get out of your little fantasy world and try a little common sense. The girls can come back in 5 minutes under another profile because they don't have to pay. Reporting them is absolutely pointless. Anyone you shut down will come back immediately with a new burner phone and a new profile. I now have to search all of the new profiles to see if I can find that girl. What are you really getting from shutting them down? After they pop backup in 5 minutes with a new profile, you have no idea who they are, but they remember who you are and do you really think that they're not going to try to get some kind of revenge? Now that I think about it, the girls probably don't even care. They're going to put up a new profile and get 50 new messages in the next hour. The only people you're hurting are the guys who were about to get laid. [blue][Deleted by Admin][/blue]
How old was the girl in this profile you made great plans with? In my experience, Seeking has different levels of banning. First of all, if a profile blocks you, their profile name stays the same and you may even see the green dot when they are active. Next are the profiles that the site banned for violating site rules. In this case, they are gone and the site usually defaults their profile name to something like Attractive Member. In the past, I think they just used Sugar Baby. For these profiles, you can usually (but not always) still see your messages with them but the profile cannot be opened and viewed. The next level of banning is the neutron bomb. In this case, they delete the profile, any sign the profile was ever there and any messages ever sent or received by the profile. They probably wipe their server logs so that if ever subpoenaed, they can truthfully say "We zero records of anyone like that. " I am pretty sure they reserve this level of deletion for anyone detected or reported for being underage. They may also do it for anyone suspected of violating Sesta / Fosta but it would not surprise me if they just sequester those records and turn them over to LE.
In the case below, is her profile just blocked or is everything gone including your messages with her? If everything is gone, you may have dodged a bullet. Count your blessings. From your message, I might suggest you also need to reconsider if this is right for you. Your tone suggests you were more attached to the idea of this profile than is usually healthy. It is never wise to get overly invested in any one profile or even any one IRL woman, if you are going to play in the sugar bowl. Doing so makes you vulnerable. When you are vulnerable, the wolves and the vultures start circling. You become a target for any scammer, predator or rinser that manages to capture your fancy. Treat this as a numbers game. Keep more than one profile or SB in rotation. If you start to get "feeling," you should create some distance in time between seeing them. If you fall in "love," you are lost. Just my two cents. Happy Hunting.
BAM.

Has anyone met with this one? I know she's been on an off with different profiles over the last few years but can't seem to find anything on her. Any help would be great. Thanks.

BAM.[/QUOTE]LOL dude you sound a little butt hurt. You have no idea what happened and assume somebody reported her. Maybe they did maybe she was too young maybe she was fake maybe she scammed somebody maybe she was a 220 lb guy in his moms basement maybe maybe maybe. You were gunna meet her but you weren't talking to her offline? Move on find another and chill. Be thankful you dodged that bullet.
I found her. She put up another profile. Some idiot turned her in. She thinks it's some guy in his early 30's calling himself "Here for Fun. " That shithead is a cock block and he's ruining it for everyone. I wonder how many good quality girls he's gotten rid of. There aren't that many high quality girls on the site anymore. He should remember that he's not the only one on the site.
Also possible she deleted her profile on her own. Some girls sign up thinking one thing, then discover that sugaring is not what they were expecting (either that they have to actually see men in person, or they just get one too many unwanted and creepy messages) and run for the door. I've talked to girls via texting who have done this. If I'm not mistaken, this results in the same "Attractive Member" look.

Hey Roadie, I found that girl you were looking for. Someone definitely reported her. Message me if you want to know more.

One of them references she wears a feeding tube.
