I've been a member here for over a year now and I just wanted to thank everyone here for all the information and help that goes on around here on a daily basis. We spoke and she asked if I had any recent providers. I named a few. She asked me my name (which I thought was odd) and I told her. She said she would call me back in a few minutes. In between I texted her and gave her my handle, and said she could read my postings if she was unsure. To my surprise, she texted me back that she would never see me because I never kept appointments, and that I had tried to trick her into meeting me. Huh?

Obviously, she didn't recognize my phone number via text (I use Text-Free so I don't use my real number).

But here's the thing, lady:

1. I didn't cancel our appointment; you did when you got skittish. I won't hold that against you, so don't hold it against me when I didn't agree on the later time for OBVIOUS reasons.

2. Shit happens, like when the "boss" comes looking for you; understand that.

3. I could have easily gotten a different Text-Free number and texted you, and when you asked for a name, gave you the board name of anyone on here who you hadn't seen and given you bogus references based on their reviews here. I would have been in like Flynn.

4. Check my reviews; they are with reputable ladies. I don't not show up when I make an appointment.

Here's the scary part. This "you better not cancel on me or else!" statement is taken as a threat; you going to get all batty on me and rat me out to my "boss" or something. What the hell.

So my Saturday morning was ruined; luckily there are Class A providers on here who understand the business and that "shit happens. ".

After a while you get a certain savvy you can only pick up by being active. What to look for, what to avoid, etc.

Amazing how little of a description I gave of the provider in "513" area who stood me up for the bogus reasons, and yet 99% of the people guessed exactly who it was. There was maybe "513" guesses of who the mature provider was (inside the I-275 beltway by the way, and in Ohio).

So I guess I wasn't the only one who suffered at her hands. It only took me "513" times to learn my lesson.

Has anybody ever received a response from the contact form in the classifieds? I've sent a few messages and nothing but "crickets". I've had a couple providers tell me that they've never hooked up with a monger through the system.

She did respond via a private message. So it seemed to work for me. Sounds like admin A2 will bird dog this to see if there is an issue.

They are one in the same basically. The pills are cleaner and consistent in the mg amount.

All cars are the same basically, yet a Kia Rio is not usually considered the same as a Corvette, only not as fast. The two main tableted opiates, both semi-synthetic codeine alkaloids, are hydrocodone and oxycodone. Diacetylmorphine (heroin) is just one of many natural esters of morphine. None of the more widely known opioids (including heroin) is particularly toxic, and the use of these drugs predates recorded history. They are the most effective pain drugs known, with relatively few side effects (and this includes diacetylmorphine).

Heroin isn't even one of the stronger opioids. Taken intravenously, it is only 1. 5 times more potent than morphine. Fentanyl is more than 20 times more potent. Bromadol is at least 100 times more potent than heroin! Party!

The point being that equating the use of the various oral painkillers to each other or to heroin is at least misleading and practically irrelevant.

Regarding heroin, if it wasn't illegal there would be far fewer overdoses, because the variance in potency and (especially) purity would be eliminated. And regarding pain pills (say, Vicodin and Percocet), the Tylenol in those products will kill you long before the opiate in them ever could.

All of these drugs (including heroin) can be used regularly to enhance the quality of life. I know if my job was to let a bunch of guys climb on top of me and grunt every day, I damn sure would look for something to ease the pain. Maybe not heroin, but something.

I learned all this crap during my seven years as a research scientist at Alkermes. I worked extensively with naloxone and naltrexone, which are opioid antagonists (they block the effects). We had pure heroin (only available for research) in stock routinely. I injected it into several animal species, usually without harm. During these years I learned that heroin isn't the big bad boogeyman we erroneously make it out to be.

There are millions of addicts using drugs far more dangerous than the opiates. Tobacco smoking and drinking alcohol are far more destructive to the body and society. This proves yet again the collective insanity of human beans, for those keeping score.

Then if the person gets in trouble again the old charges can be re-instituted and the suspended ones can be enforced to the max. Hope that helps.

I did take the TGV to Reims and take a tour of the Taittinger Champagne House where it is made. Very nice and got to sample a lot of champagne. Those French know how to live.
