In my last report, forgot to mention that I saw Lizzy, 5'7", long thin legs, wearing jeans on Berry (middle) between 7th and Taylor Blvd.
Have seen her in the past, yet she rushes me. I do not pick her up anymore. Strongly recommend to avoid.

Anyway found the cute little strawberry blonde behind the business on Arcade and 7th. Said she is 19. Petite. Probably 5'2 maybe 115 max. Probably closer to 105. She was dirty and a tad bit stinky. A warm meal and shower would have done her good. Hair pulled into a pony / bun thing. Discussed services. She was down for riding but I settled for he bbbjcimws. Looked like she may have spilled a few drops of someone's load on her dark colored shirt. Fingernails dirty but.

If you check the time stamp on my untoward reply, you'll see it was very early AM and with March Madness and a late visit with my ATF, I was in a poor mindset and should have been banned from posting. I re-read mine this morning and tried to edit or delete the silly thing, but it was too late, that function had expired.

Just a heads up that, according to the 11 pm news, LEOs will be on foot patrol for the next 13 weeks on Oak from 7th to Jackson. Mission, it seems, is to document the types of crimes occurring. Then use the data to justify funding for additional officers from other sources of funds. What does this mean to us? Not sure, but maybe when all the SW / fish see it and figure it out, they'll just move to Dixie and Preston, narrowing the cruising zones for us. Thoughts?

So I took the long way home today and got off on third.
Saw a really cute spinner pulled around into the kroger but someine parked closer than me and snagged her up so I keep going.
Once I made it to preston a undercover cop had a car pulled over with a young lady in the passager seat of the car.
Then I went down 7th and pulled up on a young lady and realized it was lizzy and halled ass LOL.
I saw several girls and everytimr I saw one that I was interested in another monger beat me to her.
As far as LEO goes they where out in full fource.
Four wheelers, unmarked cars, patrol cars and on foot patrol so know what to look for and stay safe.
Cruisin' around last night just to see what was going on. There was one in the shadows in the alley across the street from the Mart on Oak and Preston and a few Ormsby and Preston. Nothing is going to happen during this "lock down. ".

What is the deal with the 4th and Winkler area? I've been cruising for years and this area is like nothing I've ever seen before. It's like a scene straight from Skid Row.
Today I drove around the 4th and Winkler area for an hour. I saw about a dozen potential pick ups. Everyone in this area seemed to be potentially homeless and smoking crystal meth.
I saw April, one of my favorite SW. She is young (early 20's), petite, used to work off of Orsmby a few years ago while pregnant. I tried to get her, she wouldn't look at me.
Another girl approached me. She was a 8/10 on the SW scale. Her nipples were hanging out of her shirt. She asked some cash, I offered her a ride and she said no.
I cruised behind the car wash and there was about 10 people sitting on the ground smoking from a glass pipe. Two of these people were attractive 20 somethings.
It seems there is a lot of drugs and poverty in this area, but no SW? What is this place?

Effectively, this means cops can pull you over even if you haven't broken a law.

I've only been stopped down there once with a known prostitute in car with me, in the end the officer was apologizing to me and saying they were just doing there job.

Yes, it's America and there's no way anyone should ever be pulled over without a clear reason. I missed pulling my thoughts together and was trying to tie the "innocently looking for an address or a street" to the "if they have a hard on, they can pull you over for whatever" both valid thoughts. There's a lot of variables, but the risk is so high and LEO's are human and have moods, that erring on the side of caution is the only way to travel in their backyard.
If they want to hassle us, they certainly will, and in the streets, we are at their mercy for the time being is the message I missed conveying. Stay safe!

Guys, took a few trips on Dixie Highway and noticed the following SWs that I did not approach:
SW, blonde, red jacket, bit heavy, looks (7/10), busty standing on Dixie and W Kentucky St. She stood there for 10-15 minutes and disappeared.
Transvestite, black male, black jeans and shirt walking on Dixie (East side) and St Catherine St. Very scary.
BSW, shapely legs, short hair standing between W Oak St and Hale.
Saw Lizzy the other day walking on Berry Blvd by Powell Ave. Avoid her at all costs.
And, yes this is Pre-Derby month and noticed LEO is out in full force. Always look for all types of Ford cars, thin lights by sun visor and always obey the speed limit, lights, etc.

Took a ride tonight, because I could, just for recon and to kill time.
Right off 264 into Circle K at 4th and there's a red head with longer black highlights literally stumbling around heading towards the storefront from the phone booths. I got the big look as she stumbled, put my head down and parked for gas. She was hiking up her shirt to midriff and chasing down whoever passed by her. Not bad looking, young and built nice. Definitely NOT the tatted red head that has been talked about, definitely high on some illicit substance, I have to assume.
Made a loop to Arcade & 7th to find LewisvilleJim's two toned blonde young trout, with no luck. Observed my 2 pass max rule and came back to 4th & Circle K, well there were 3 marked cars with originally mentioned stumbler in the back of one. Looks like a timeout with her uncle was in process.
