Is desire and other clubs completely closed now until like 15th?
Is desire and other clubs completely closed now until like 15th?
It certainly looked dead when I went by yesterday afternoon. Only 1 car in the parking lot. I was told by one of the dancers that they would be open, but it doesn't look that way, at least for the day shift.
Is desire and other clubs completely closed now until like 15th?
Caddy is closed. I think that they are playing ball with the RI state & Providence city agencies because they don't want to be like the Wild Zebra that has yet to reopen.
Thanks guys.
Even though it was weird I made a point to go to desire a few times to support them during this pandemic.
Wasn't sure if they could operate as a restaurant / bar or if it was completely closed.
What did they do with the membership dues etc just wondering.

Tipping the barmaid more than the cost of the drinks and contributing heavily to the dancers that I know, just to keep them going. I also have been helping a few dancers that I know outside of the clubs, and that investment has paid some benefits.

Anyone know if the Foxy Lady is open, it's an hour drive for me and their number just plays a recording when called.
Thanks.

Please and thank you.
Ya its been two weeks let us know if Desire is open also if you happen to drive by / go.
Please and thank you.
The pause is scheduled to end on Monday; however, according to this article on WJAR's website, it doesn't look like good news for the clubs.
"When the pause ends on Monday, gyms, indoor recreational facilities, and venues of assembly can reopen with capacity restrictions, but bar areas will remain closed. New guidance was published on the Reopening Rhode Island website. ".
The club is staying closed for the rest of 2020 until January 1st, per the Instagram account as of 5 hours ago.
Open for Business. There now. Goddesses all over the place.
Looks like the building received a coat of fresh paint and is sporting a new sign by the looks of it Silhouettes Is the new name of the club.
Looks like the building received a coat of fresh paint and is sporting a new sign by the looks of it Silhouettes Is the new name of the club.
Any word on when the club will open?
I went by Tuesday and they were closed FYI.
Drove by the club today, mid-afternoon. Two cars in parking lot, none on the side.
Inside foyer dark, sign taped to right-hand door reads "CLOSED TODAY". No staff in sight to ask for more info, so I left.
Open for Business. There now. Goddesses all over the place.
According to Wonderland's Instagram, you have to make appointments from 3 PM until closing.
Desire looked closed but they are open on Saturday and probably Sunday's too.
Club lust is open for members and non members.
Fantasies was open until 7.
Walk in and give your name and number. I assume they have to due to contact tracing. I've done before outside of Covid so I didn't mind. No cost to get in. They sit you at the table and you wait for the bartender to get a drink. It's a 1 drink min (cokes are $5 in case you're wondering) some girls maybe 4 so everyone was taken up around 6 pm when I got there. Didn't stay longer than 10 mins.
Wonderland looked open but I didn't go in. Been there done that. Didn't want to call for an appointment and it cost too much in non Covid so I have to imagine it's not any better now.
As reports said zebra looks like a new place with a new sign. Couldn't make it out.
Bullpen is next to that. Novelty store. With a room for arcades, movies etc. Not my cup of tea.
Hush looked open but I've never been in there and again not my tea.
On Route 95 North around 6 pm Friday and a large neon sign on a building was flashing "Desires is Open".
Drove by the club around 5 PM Saturday and saw two vehicles in the lot. One alongside the building, one in front of the doors. Sign on the right-hand front door said "closed today".
Not sure why the big neon sign is lit, unless advertising for the near-future-opening. *SHRUG*.
Caddy reopening is Wed, February 3rd at 3 PM. I expect some of the dancers temporarily working at Wonderland will be moving back to CL.
Drove by Desire today. Big sign facing the highway says open, the parking lot looked like there were customers. I didn't have time to go in and check it out, hoping one of you'all can report on the situation. If not, I'm going in tomorrow and will report.
At least for Cadillac Lounge.
Anyone who goes please share some reports especially CR status.
With maybe more Stimulus on the horizon and tax returns should wouldn't mind making a donation but can't take the time to trek until knowing its worth the while.
TIA!
Stopped by Desire Wed in the afternoon. It is open, that's the good news.
Now for the bad, upon entering you are greeted and asked for your first name and tel #, then they have a machine that records a photo of your face and your temp. (Who knows who will get access to that info and with facial recognition software.). When you get inside, there are many of the regular girls, they are using the first floor, (not the Lust lounge on the second floor). The stage and bars still look like large fish bowls. Tips can be slipped under or over the Plexiglas. As far as I could see, and I even asked one of the dancers, there are no dances allowed, NONE! So what is available is some fish bowl dancing / viewing and some light conversation with other dancers.
Don't think I will make a repeat visit until things change for the better.

If you do this, you've given implicit consent for them to provide that picture to the Peoples Republik of Rhode Island (and formerly Providence Plantation). If you are cool with this, by all means, knock yourself out. Personally, I'd no sooner do this than send my picture to a random backpage hoe. : (.
Anyone know if Mickeys is doing private dances or if any clubs are allowing dances? Thank you.
You can get dances at Mickey's these days. They reopened in December.
Anyone know if Mickeys is doing private dances or if any clubs are allowing dances? Thank you.
Not much to choose from though.
Not much to choose from though.
Daisy is stunning and give a great lap dance.
Daisy is stunning and give a great lap dance.
Any extra's? Tip?
Any extra's? Tip?
I'm not a fan of Daisy. I find her to have a decidedly trailer park look and attitude. She has two children, which is obvious. Children and gravity are a *****. Plenty of piercings and unremarkable tattoos. And when she drinks too much (which is pretty much at the end of every shift) she becomes a mean drunk.
I have had several private dances from her. As I write this I don't recall anything memorable about them. I don't know for certain, but I'd bet extras are available, likely also outside the venue. I'd bet she does not host, if that matters to you.
Speaking in general about this establishment:
I speak from the perspective of a two or three times a month visitor. I am polite, complimentary, and gratuitous. I make no trouble, trade hellos with the owner, and try not to be a creepy middle aged guy.
As to the level of entertainment available during a private dance, that depends on several factors. As one might expect, the chemistry between the client, the dancer, and your wallet matters greatly. Furthermore, the level of parental supervision inside the place also makes a huge difference. If the owner, Rick, and his wife is in the house, you might want to forget about the high contact adventure. Ditto on one of the night shift bartenders; I forget her name. The day shift bartender, Lisa, is also the housemom, and understands how the bread is buttered, and generally turns a blind eye to all but the most egregious behaviour. She is a 50-something biker chick with a kind soul, and may not always be there due to health issues.
It has been said that Mickey's is the place where strippers come to die. I agree that there are some employees there that have been in the business of entertainment for decades. You may see several faces from other venues: Cheater's, Zebra, Satin Doll, Sportsman's, and even the Wild Cherry (Anyone remember that place? Like most places, there might be a gem in the in the chunks of rubble. Ultimately, you are the best gemologist you know.
Daisy, incidentally, is MIA. Not been seen or heard from in weeks, though I've seen her since the opening. Jennifer (not her real name) is out until she gets the vaccine, though she freely advertises her phone number online. At other places she was also Jennifer or Houston. Storm is an interesting dancer, and I'd bet she does not entertain outside. She does encourage roaming during her dances. Cali is a 20-something from Cheaters, where she danced underage. Faye is a colossal waste of time. She is also colossal. If you like BBWs, go wild. Luisa the plastic-boobed Brazilian freely offers inside and outside adventures. Tina does offer OTC fun, and ITC fun as well. Tina (not her real name) considers happiness part of a private dance. She also offered me an hour at my place for $2, backdoor (a point upon which I insist) and bare, and mentioned I must be okay with her smoking weed and doing lines of coke. Turns out that my employer is kinda funny about both. Though I don't indulge, I personally I have little issue with the former, and not keen on the latter. I declined. There is a few others who have wide latitude with fun, and some of those are also waiting for the vaccine.
Someone asked about tips. A $20 token gets you about 5 minutes. Dancers set an egg timer, and generous repeat customers often get way more time. Half of the token fee goes to the house; a $20 bill after the dance is what I give and I've never seen disappointment from that.
Mickey's is not a place for everyone. For a relatively small of money, one can stop by and decide if the place for you.
I do enjoy inviting some entertainers to my place for entertainment. I have a low tolerance for flakes. I have no tolerance for pimps. Finding the correct entertainers isn't easy. I have found two from the Wild Zebra to offer services worth mentioning. Harlow is an all-around nice person. Venus will do anything (so long as FS is covered--no exception) to make me happy.
For those with questions, just ask. If I have an answer, I will be sure to post.

Nice post! Is Houston the black dancer that used to work at Caddy?
Always enjoyed time with April. Did not see her mentioned in the post. Had been there forever. Is she no longer working or perhaps goes by another name?
I stopped there Friday afternoon, which is a typical day April would work but she was not there. It was just Cali, Louisa and a girl that appeared to be a slim light skin black girl with long bleached blonde hair. She looked kind of hot but never caught her name as someone else had scooped her up. I bolted after a quick beer.
