Not sure when it started, been going on for a few months at least. I know phone apps don't work. Not sure of a way around other than getting a throw away phone or using your actual number. Interested in finding a way around too.

It started a while back but I was able to get around it on occasion by reposting old posts. Now no matter what, I get the PV page.

Thanks for the response. I asked here only after searching elsewhere online for a clue. It seems to be a common practice now.

It wasn't an issue at all in the old days and for a while some reposted ads / posts were grandfathered in but it seems required for every post now. With all the spammers and scammers on CL that get through you'd think they would like a few regular people to post.[/QUOTE](1) Get a free Google Voice number.

I haven't posted to Baltimore CL for a while, but the DC board was content to let me verify by email link.

Anyone know this couple? Had them contact me through another ad of mine. Going to try and meet up with them but skeptical of the circumstances. I'm up from DC but have mongered in Baltimore plenty of times over the years, so generally know what to look for and that you guys def are good at passing on scams.

Had a post up and 2 answer. 1st was Meghan we exchanged info and I was off to pick her up at her place on Parkton St. Near Catonsville then off to Tims. , pic looks better, she had very little makeup on when I got her. We get to the notel strip down and her body is frumpy and a bit flabby from weight loss. Her BBBJ was on point and then some but when I went for the kitty there was a unpleasant odor and she was dry. Disappointed I had her go back to blowing me for the next 30 minutes and I finished on her face, cleaned up and rolled out. With her donation rate of $100 and cost of the room I won't repeat.
