Strip Club Reports

Is it me or has The Block deteriorated in the last 6 months. I went through about every clubs: 0 to 1 or 2 customers and sometimes the customers appear to be friends or the dancers. As for the dancers themselves most were as pointed out in an earlier post :if you saw them in the supermarket would you try to pick them up? And my answer would be no. In fact I has a long phone call so I was out side the clubs for about 30 minutes during shift change and saw many dancer come and go in street clothes and wow and in the normal outside light, yeah I would not want to do anything as most appeared drugged or drunk or just plain street hoes.

Yes there are a few college girls or single moms trying to make ends meet, but those few have become fewer. And that's a loss to us all.

I really start to wonder how these places can stay open when they are so empty on a Saturday? 6 to 9 pm?

Maybe it was better in the 80s and 90s, but it has been this bad for a lot longer than 6 months. If you don't go frequently you may not realize that there are good days and there are bad days. Sometimes I just walk in and out of every bar and see nothing of interest; I just leave on those days. There are other times when I'll spend the whole afternoon or evening in the various bars.

Your timing of 6 to 9 pm was not good. The afternoon shift girls nominally work from noon to 8 pm and the night girls nominally work from 8 pm until 2 am. The hours between about 7 pm and 9 pm are often slow because of the shaft change.

I like all the comments on this site. Everyones got one. The block is fun and a good place locally to get away. Day time is great to relax and be spoiled come down and take a load off. I make my own fun and I'm not worried about peolple who don't know how too. Hi pussycat. Talk to yall later.

Has anyone dated any girls from this club?

I hesitated writing this as it is not directly linked to sex with women, but rather the associated costs. This is a breakdown for what I have seen recently on the block in terms of "drink deals". I figured in todays economy every little bit helps. Please add to the list at your leisure as this is far from complete.

Little Darlings.04 Beer. With the caveat that once they get finished remodeling, chances are that price will go up. I think they're pretty close to finished. It's also worth mentioning that here and at Hustler ladies drinks are not the typical. 2.3 as with the other clubs. They are heavily discounted and I have heard they may even be the same prices as the customer drinks.

Hustler. Thursday afternoons.05 cover and. 03 Beer.

2 O'clock Club. Thursday nights.1 cover after 10pm open bar.

Midway Bar. This month only. Drink special is. 03 Beer prior to 6pm. I have been seeing more women in here with the cheaper prices.

It's also worth mentioning that at any particular time of day, if you ask the doorman out front for a 2 for 1 special to start out your visit, chances are they'll oblige to get you in their club for awhile.

Depends on the girl you are sitting with. I was told ladies drinks are the same prices as guys drinks and you don't have to worry about the ridiculous lady drink prices at other clubs. I bought several drinks for several ladies. There drinks were like $8 I think. Not bad. Then one girl comes up and ask me to by her a shot. Thinking I'm going to pay $8, she orders a double without telling me and drink cost $16 (I'd rather pay the $25 at another club and get a bit more hands on). Another girl on a different occasion asked if I would but her a drink. She orders one of those "Ladies drinks" which I didn't know about. Those drinks are $20. So beware who you are buying the drink for. They can still stick you with an expensive drink without telling you.

Stopped going to Little Darlings for about a month and went back last week. Looks like they had a huge turnover in dancers. Only a couple I recognized. This place still doesn't seem to know what to do with itself. We'll see how it goes after the renovations.

One girl kept trying to convince me to take her to the back. Says the boss isn't here and we can do whatever we wanted. Wasn't buying her sales pitch however. She insisted she give me a tour in the back even though I told her I've seen it already. I go back there and she takes me to one off those cubicles, takes off my belt and say "come on". I decline. She says $.5 and no tip. I decline. She says $. I decline. She goes as low as. 75 with no tip. Still with no boss and "anything goes". Seems a bit desparet. I find they are the ones that just tries to get your cash then rip you off so I decline once again. Plus she just wasn't my type. Am I at Little Darlings or the Circus?

Guys, try to get your beer free. I have. If you sit down and the bartender does not come to you right away, usually a girl will. If she takes a seat beside you and she is to your liking (especially if she gives you the Block handshake) , you will have time to chat with her. If she wants a drink and you are willing to buy her one, then ask her if the bartender will give you a beer free with her drink. Ask for the total price before you purchase or pay. Some bartenders try to up the girls drink to include your drink, assuming that you will not recognize it. Expect to tip the bartender about two or three bucks if you get your beer free with hers.

Another tip:Try to pay in exact cash. Any ones in that you should get back in change, most bartenders try to keep as their tips. I don't mind tipping but I will tip you myself. If you are a terrible bartender or you are trying to hustle me / hassle me too much to buy drinks for the girls, then I do not want to tip you at all.

Went to Little Darlings. Bought girl drink. Was told they can only get topless in back. Cute girls though. If it was a typical strip club with girls dancing for dollars, it would be a good club. But on the block? Bought girl a drink, hung out, then off to red room.

Red room was more like it. Plus-sized filipina, usually don't like larger size but she was super cute. Did a 75 dollar lap dance (30 min) with 50 tip. Worth every penny. I liked the semi-private lap dance area.
