Well I just got back from the track and well I feel a little sketched out. Been cruising the track nearly daily after work, late afternoons / early evenings. The quality of girls are terrible. I've probably seen one BSW and one LSW that I'd partake in. After the Department of Public Works fixed all the cracks in the sidewalks & repaved the avenue eliminating all the potholes. I have never seen Holt look as "clean" as it does. I have to admit, the daytime Track is also about to disappear. The lack of good looking girls out there is the worse I have seen in a long time.

Misfit

It's been awhile since I checked Holt out, but was in the area yesterday around 6 pm The Indian Hill, Clark area was dead. I did see some activity between Central & Mountain. Two young dark haired girls working in the area across from the strip club. They looked good on the first pass, but seemed a bit to brazen to be real. Waving to cars and negotiating right on the street. But after a bit of observation determined they were real. They were soon picked up. After one got picked up I did notice a mustang with 2 people in it make a quick U-turn and appeared to follow the girl. Never did see her again. The other girl was dropped off and before I could check her out OPD swooped in and stopped her. They were talking to her for awhile, not sure what became of her but I never saw her again either. Also noticed a girl with dyed red hair at the bus stop. Thought she might be working because she was gone on another pass and then reappeared again later at the same bustop.

This is an election year and all of the people who live near Holt who have gotten tired of finding condoms and wrappers in their alleys have started to complain and threaten to vote people out of office. This gets attention fast. The vice are cracking down and the DAs have been instructed to not cut deals any more. So getting off with a disturbing the peace charge won't be happening. You will be charged with prostitution unless you feel like getting a costly lawyer to help you out. First offense, you'll probably get probation and a very hefty fine. Second offense is a mandatory 45 days. So keep that in mind and be very cautious.

Friend A BSW had 3 warrants $500, 000 total bail (soliciting and posesion paraf) got arrested on the first of this month, sentenced 120 days per count was out couple days ago, served 17 days no prob.

Friend B BSW had 1 warrant prior arrest (soliciting) $100, 000 bail. Got arrested last week sentenced 90 days, served 2 days in jail (century regional)

Both girls were loughing when they got out back to the streets, fearless to get arrested again, the reality is jails right now are over crowed and they'll cut you a deal any way.

The states has started shifting prisoners to local counties. So county jails have release nonviolent offenders or incarcerate them at all.

I've tried several different time slops, but I never see much out. The other day I went about 2PM. I did see these couple girls who maybe were working.
