I'm going to err on the side of caution. All the other associated issues are more than enough to make a person lose a lot of things. Family, money, car, reputation.

It says into the state which means bringing girls from out of state to pimp. A john can't be charged with this. Also the maximum penalties are for repeat offenders or repeat felons.
