I used to work for a computer company while in my 40's and I was sent to Bangkok for about 8-months. Before I went there I did not know about the "scene". I had the BEST time of my life while I was there. I got real lucky in exchange rate the baht was at 48! To the dollar, (Now its like 32/33). I was hit on by so many hot looking petite girls in their 20's who would stay overnight for multiples at 1200-1600 baht, (at that time about 25-33 USD), and then the girl would come around to see me the next day for nothing (well I did go to dinner with her. Was a real cheap date at 15 USD)!

What is different about the Thai working girls is if they don't like you, for any reason. They won't take a date, unless your really ridiculous in your offer. However, most of them like white guys (provided your clean, smell good and TOO terribly overweight), if your young, USA or European, and are very nice. You will have to hide after the first date, because they will keep wanting to see you. The Thai girls really believe that they can sometimes 'hook' a guy to be with for a long time to make their lives easier. When I asked several of the Thai girls why they seemed so nice to western guys, they said (AND THIS IS A QUOTE), "Most Thai guy I know is gay or KaToey. Sometime more than 50% of Thai guy is like this" No wonder its an easy place to score way above your league.

High Roller at Linq is open. I took the ride last week around 5 pm on a weekday. It wasn't busy so we had the whole pod by only 4 of us. I've been to London a lot of times, and always enjoy the Eye. I wonder how high the HIgh Roller is, I know the London Eye is 405 feet, but the High Roller looks a bit higher.

I went to a parlor the other day, a small parlor that is and the lady said there hasn't been any customers all day, I thought wow, that's good, it will be all private. If you have a fancy for japanese or Chinese, it could be more costly and more work than Thailand and The Philippines. Taking multiple flights to multiple countries can be expensive.

I have been to the LOS and the PI, both were equally good. As a first timer and you don't speak Thai, I would recommend Pattaya. More english speaking locals and foreigners and its more quaint. Bangkok can be tricky, you really should read the international board on these places, there is a club called Pussy Galore that will do a number on tourist. Bangkok was okay, but then again I was with friends who retired there, made the trip way more easier.

The PI is great fun but if you don't know your way around, it could be more dangerous than Thailand. The best part is that these two countries offer an easy good time, women are waiting for you! I would go more often but the flight is so long! They have a good flight from vegas, you would arrive at midnight, you can take a taxi to Pattaya from Bangkok. The taxi drivers like to drive that time of the morning because there is less traffic. The next time I go to the LOS, I would do a one day layover in Hawaii, then fly over.

I don't think I will go to the Philippines. What is LOS? Cambodia is nearby.

Cost of women have different ranges, but its about 500-1000 baht from one hour to all night. That equals out to $15 to about $30 for the mongering per gal or per session.

That is what the country wishes to call itself. When you land at BKK airport, there is a huge sign that says "Welcome to the Land of Smiles" And it's pretty true. The Thai people are mostly non-confrontational, smart, happy, clean, hard working, and fun to be around.

The difference to me, is that you get someone "pure", when you travel abroad. If you love Japanese, go to Japan, if you love German women, go to Germany. There is nothing better than to go to the motherland for what you have a taste for. In many cases, you can get it "free" if you connect with someone and feed them or let them stay with you.

I would eat my heart out in the first week, then maybe find a permanent squeeze the last week. When I went to the PI, I tipped the bellman ($20) and he sent me women all week long, I was actually TIRED after five days or so, 3 somes, at least 2 women a day. The last day, I didn't even want to do daty, I just flipped her some money and sent her on her way (after a message).

I feel the difference between here and abroad is the GFE.

Eva, Cathay, Korean, Japan Airlines are all good between 20-24 hours. Korean is the only one with 1 stop from L. V. United Airlines is no good to Asia.

It wasn't that bad hopping flights, I got to stop in Narita and see a chock full of those lovely Japanese ladies. I believe Thai airlines is nonstop from LA.

The plane (s) you take can make a difference. China Airline has a bad rep for repairs, Korean may be easier but I am not a fan of kimchee, I haven't flown Korean Air to judge, but kimchee is such a popular food, it could be on the menu. Basically, who you fly is who you get. I would love to fly Thai Air-they are very expensive.

I've flown all of the airlines that you mentioned, but United actually works best for me. I fly from Las Vegas to San Francisco, then to Narita in Tokyo, and then on to Bangkok. I've learned from experience to book these long flights with at least a couple of hours layover at each stop. United has recently stopped flying from Tokyo to Bangkok, relying instead on their codeshare partner ANA (All Nisan Air), which is one of the finest airlines ever. Their planes are just spotless, their flight attendants beautiful and polite, and the service right on point. What a pleasure after flying United. In January I'm actually flying from Las Vegas to San Francisco on United, but the legs from San Francisco to Tokyo, and Tokyo to Bangkok and back are on ANA. Sure, in a perfect world all airplanes would be on time, and there would be no bad weather anywhere, but that's certainly not the case in the real world. San Francisco has some severe issues with fog, and I once missed my connecting fight to Tokyo because my flight from Las Vegas couldn't take off for SFO. What a mess. And transferring planes in Tokyo can sometimes be painstakingly slow since you have to go through security all over again, and sometimes they are VERY slow. So now I try to have 3 hours on the ground at SFO and NRT; it does make the trip a bit longer, but I've never missed another flight. And I get a chance to stretch my legs, have a better meal than on on the plane, and do some people watching and shopping.

It's a looooooooooooooooooong flight no matter how you do it, with jet lag and the fact that you pass the international dateline makes it even tougher on your body. But it's SO worth it.

Lots of folks fall in love with Thailand, and I'm a member of that club.

If a parlor is busy, I don't wait around, I leave and come back, why ruin it for the guy already there?

It is an interesting question. In the past I had just left because I'm too impatient. That is only because when they have told me to wait five or 10 min. It really means 20 or 30 min. I guess I have always assumed that there's going to be more than one provider in the building and more than one customer in the building. So I would've never considered it improper to stay.
