Black provider who also goes by Rosalie? Have'nt seen her advertise for awhile now but I've had one massage from her out on E. Colonial (far out pass the greenway on the right in a shopping plaza) couple years ago. Sorry could'nt tell you what she charged then or now for that. She was okay meaning she was'nt mean, but the whole experienced was very dull and boring, she also seemed very paranoid. Just really got bad vibes from this provider. I called her ad when it first posted as massage by Rosalie and as we were discussing on going about setting up an appt. I came to realize it was the same provider from back then. Then I told her I was going to give her a call back and I nver did, I guess I just forgot. But I do remember getting the ultimate treatment from the sweet beautiful Candi from city of Japan later on that evening. Sweet Candi!

I saw Rose a few times under the name Rosalie perhaps 6 months ago at her incall off Kirkman. The range of services were much more limited that described by Fast Eddie. More like a friendly massage. Nicely done. No compaints here. She was friendly, pleasant. Any reports to the contrary?

Anyway I need a couple of good "reputable" places to visit. I've had some hard times getting any action in the ones I visit casue I "look" suspicious. No other members have clearly specified her info: name of business /exact address of location, professional license number, where exactly she advertises, phone #/or an email address that she can be reached at? How does she know these postings were made about her anyway? I'm sure there are several Roses, Roxys, Roxannas or even Rosies around central fla. Doing massages. Even dark complexioned latinas are mistaken for afro-american women also, or it could have just been another black female therapist.
If this is the same women another had posted about, then you must be right because she seems very angry and paranoid. She completely put herself and her personal info in the spotlight. That was'nt so bright to target yourself like that.

Found myself in south O'town in need of a tableshower, so I stopped in at the AAA. I haven't been to a MP or AMP in Orange County since fat boy's raids and arrests of these dastardly criminals. Anyway my masseuse was Suzy, not too attractive, maybe a 5 on the AMP scale. The table shower and back massage were very mechanical. However on the flip, she went immediately for the HJ. Let my hands wander, but remained clothed. Did a nice job there and finished up the hour with more massage. No negotiation of price. Gave her .4 for her effort. The ladies up north seem to be more playfull and the possibility of more service seems to be better there as well. I don't think you can get more at the AAA. If I am wrong, let me know.

For me, that'd be a .2 without a second thought of any more tip. I understand that tipping is everyone's personal call, but I think some of the places (like Asahi) got to expecting much more for delivering the basic goods.

I've always thought of it this way - If you go to a place for a massage (ie, legitimate provider / LMT) then the tip is .2 with no handshake involved. I've always just gone from there - .4 for handshake, .6 for bbbj, .8-1. for fs. The girls are providing a service aside from the handshake, so I've always compensated accordingly.

Ran across AMP on Harold off of Fairbanks. I think its under new management. Was greated and massaged by Jen. Great massage but thats it. Legit place unless more visits opens up menu but I did not get that indication. .75 for hour. I recommend if you are looking for a real good knot removing massage.

Went to the Harold St AMP a week or so back. Met by Filipino girl. Name of the place is A Getaway. Anyway, the massage was terrible but easy enough to get HJ. She certainly didn't make it seem anything else was available but who knows. HJ was decent. However, place smelled of incence so bad that it was on my clothes all day. OVerall, I like the fact of a nonAsian lady.

Ok, that's a fair answer. I can't say that I ever thought of it that way, particularly at places where they just grab on it without any previous discussion.

I lean towards Maggot's tipping scale as well. Figure if you don't even have to ask for it that's worth an extra tip in itself (no worrying about how to ask, etc.). In addition if the provider is licensed she risks losing it by offering extras - so since she takes the risk I'm inclined to tip more. To each his own but I used to work in the service industry (bartending) and always made time for and took extra care of the big tippers.

Overall, the hot stones were worth the wait. Never get tired of them. Mei (sp?) was not a clock watcher and made up for the wait. Amazing ending.

I think a. 4 tip is appropriate if given a great HJ for the reasons stated above, especially if I plan on returning. If I just get a mechanical experience, I will not visit see the individual again, therefore, . 2 would be appropriate.

First of all, I subscribe to the Maggot theory of tipping as shown below. Next, in my post in question, I said the massage and TS were mechanical. She did a nice job on the HJ and in my humble opinion earned the amount I gave her. And I gave her this amount even though I am pretty sure I will not see her again.

I know certain amps are very appreciative on whatever they recieve as tips, i find those are the ones that carry the unlicensed providers (it's pretty obvious but thats not the topic here).So i'm imagining these women feel like they have nothing to lose, like a massage certificate or so.But they are afraid of getting in trouble and probaly reason why they don't ask upfront.
I find that going to a more legit establishment the women do the add-on fees for the extra services upfront, if offered(depending if your therapist does).Which i am ok with that also.
I usually tip about the same where ever i go maybe about .20 difference if any.I do tip at least .20 to.30 for a regular massage .40 starting out if i get the basic treatment. Definitely more if she is into her job(to your preference and standards of course).Once you pass the first "Happy" visit with your therapist.
You then establish a full understanding which makes things more smooth riding for the next visit.I believe in tipping your providers well it always garantees you better service the next visit and they always manage to squeeze you in for an appt. even if they're busy.
My most recent massage was at Getaway spa off Fairbanks better yet known as Old Pinetree. I'm very dissapointed of what I've experienced at this place. Greeted by a decent looking Indian women named Susan (whom looks familiar) but she was'nt my therapist. She led me to the room and my therapist was this old caucasian women named Diane up in her fifties (she looked like an old homeless women).
Also a little weird in the head. I did not make a big issue I just did'nt finish my hour and tipped the poor women. As I was leaving I spotted another older black women (short height and short hair with grandma eyeglasses)looks familiar for some reason like I've seen her somewhere before.
This place is by far an AMP and will not have me as repeat unless I see my therapist first. I'm usually pretty cautious about that but the women in the front told me my therapist will be really nice and that she was still busy. I've experienced this before and everytime this has happened I feel like I've been scammed out of my time and money. I don't recall seeing any asian women there but I have to agree with Perry's post this place was fumigated with some kind of smoke incense nearly made me croaked! Always ask to to see your therapist upfront, you have that right, if not walk the heck out.
Went to Asahi on Saturday afternoon, first time there and I have to say it was well worth it. Massage was great and Ginny was fantastic.
I highly recommend this place.
I went to Daphne a while back. She gives a good massage and finishes with a happy ending. There is very little touching and the happy ending is mechanical. I will not repeat.

Not that Asahi needs much more positive feedback but I've been there 3 times now and Genie has always been great. Each time returning she gets more and more playful. Always worth the trip.

The girls here use to work at the MP in East Colonial close to Greenway Ford; I've seen all girls and Jen is the best for massage but no extras.
Angel in Longwood, only been one time and the girl looked scared on the TS she was reluctant to touch me repeting various times " I don't want trouble, I don't want trouble". so as you can imagine relatively good massage but no door prizes.
Very accurate report Coolin. What you didn't mention was the cigarrette stench. OK if you smoke, a show stopper if you don't. Don't waste your time and funds boys.

I am in Orlando now and it seems that this is the place for info on Orlando.

The shower was a joke and the therapist was like in her 60s or older. and the massage was the pits.
I got up to leave and the manager came in and asked what was wrong and I explained that I either wanted a GREAT massage for my $80 or someone a little younger.
Amazingly she offered me 1/2 my money back and I left someone pleased.

Welcome and thanks for the good review. The only tiny drawback to Ginza is that I get Mae each time, who is great, but I like variety and would like to have Linda. I think I'll see if I can schedule her for the next time. Also, I am so relaxed after the massage and hot stones that I need to be roused for happy time.
Ginza is good because it is a classic experience, no questions about the service. That's the way it should be, calm and easy going. There are several levels for me. If I want a legit massage I get a Thai massage from My Thai Massage on Colonial. I feel ten pounds lighter after I get pulled, pushed and twisted (wear gym shorts for the Thai massage). When I want an easy going time, Ginza or many other AMPs in town that specialize in TS, massage, and happy endings. For the next level, I use Craig's list and Orlando Weekly for some extended sports time. In each case I know where to go and what to expect.
When I see posters talking about looking for extra services at AMPs, I think it could create situations like Asahi that raises the "tip" price and promises you more, and you may or may not get anything extra. I know the last time I went in I was asked for another .8 and promised more the next time. That creates uncertainty and that is the last thing I am looking for.
Ginza is classic - others are Rainbow Spa (I read here that the parking in back isn't private anymore), Tokyo Spa, the three Longwoods on SR 434, Great European Massage on Bumby (no showers), and there's others.
If anyone has others to add or disagreements on these, let me know here or PM. I have a list that I compiled that I will share with people who share with the forum and PM me.
