Korea doesn't like PSE shops. Jo's current pooling system is either older PSEs or NK PSEs. For NK PSEs, they don't travel by air, they need somebody devoted to their overland transportation, which is a very exhausting and dangerous job.

It's possible the new girl has abs, but she won't be the girl in the photo.
