While it's sad she is leaving, I can only speak about my experience. I tried on several occasions to see Charli and on each attempt I got crickets at the appointment's time. Giving a couple hours until appointment or even a full day resulted in crickets. Her communication was delayed (an hour to the next day) as well. So, it's not like it was one sided on the let downs.
