First a general description as a rough filter so you can use words like discreet, mutually beneficial, meeting for intimacy. I probably would avoid words like hook-up which while probably the most accurate for what you are looking for, carries a negative connotation with some of the ladies since the argument would be that you should be on tinder if you're looking for that. Once you start chatting, then I would get to the point without being too blunt or rude. Manners and courtesy should be observed but don't be wishy-washy. I never bring up the time issue.
