Most ghetto / cheap / hooker hotels allow the cops to come and check the names of every person in the hotel. They check names for warrants. If there is a hit in their database, the hotel simply goes with them to the room and unlocks the door for the cop. Everyone on the room gets their name checked for warrents. If you got one you are going to jail. If you don't have I'd you are going to jail.

I had a friend of my get caught fucking a hooker this way. They didn't take him or the girl to jail because neither had warrants. The hooker had her boyfriend get the room and he had warrants. The shitty hotel lets the cops in and caught them banging like teenagers. My friend said he was scared but knew they couldn't do anything to him.
