There is a big thread all about arrangements in the Chicago section. Girls on there are discussed all over the Chicago land area, admittedly little for Rockford that I've seen. You have to put the time in on seeking, but it can work.

Its the same on there as it is on skip, most girls seriously overvalue themselves but you can find some hillbilly girls in one of the neighboring farm towns that will be real cheap. Only reason I stopped because it was putting a dent in my wallet LOL.

Met a couple of decent looking women from Rockford and got nothing out of either. Met one from DeKalb who looked good in her photos and was down for more than a cup of coffee, but when I met her, she was about twice as fat as her photos showed.
