Despite this, always opt for TS to test waters. Quite a thorough and playful experience. Back to room, massage was ok, not great, not poor. PM me if you know of an AMP with great massage skills and benefits. I did opt for hour and got about 30-40 min massage, could have been better. As in most places, there is a negotiation for tip and this is standard place. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to tip, so exchanged niceties and off to the conclusion which was pleasurable to say the least. I will spare the nitty details, but did receive what I sought out. If interested in details, PM me.

Girl was about 8 in my books, massage 5/6, place is about 6/7 but discreet since it is not in a shopping area or anything like that, 10 for customer service. Definitely would repeat.

Shanghai gal, early 30's, short hair and absolute perfect body for my standards. Best of all, very accommodating, and her English was excellent. You are absolutely right. Suffice to say, it isn't "what" you ask, but "how" you ask. If you flat out say something illegal like (sex acts for money), "Hey, how much for a HJ?" you will likely get shot down. Of course mentioning specific acts in exchange for money is a crime in this state, I believe solicitation. So yeah, do that and if you are in a sting, you will get arrested. Otherwise, girl is likely to get wary and perhaps cut the session short. Also don't want to get banned either or on any traded black list.

What I have done in the past is place the tip out in the open with a hat. When the flip comes, look at the tip and smile at the girl. Nothing needs to be said. One can use hand gestures or mime to convey what one wants, in case there is sound recording. Most of the time, the girl will stop, after some LT, after the flip and ask if everything is OK or not. Also will mention that if one is new to a spa that it might take a few visits to get to what one wants. Remember a discussion years about that a "Chadds Ford" spa had no extras. (I'd be there every day if my name was Edward Jones) I went there, tried the technique mentioned above and was rebuked and told to go to Philly. Tipped nicely for the massage and went back a few days or week later. Second meeting, no extras but told, "next time. " So I came back a few days later (so they still remembered me) and everything went as I desired. Maybe it was just finding the right girl or the spa getting comfortable with me?

That said. I've had cases where girls tried overcharging me, and even cases where a girl in a FS joint claimed that it was only are&T. So, I don't feel comfortable handing over funds until I know what the situation is.

In some cases, like at VIP in Philly or Crystal in Wilmington, where I have been frequently, I usually give it all up front and they know. But if it's a new place, I give the house fee, but do something to show that I have more to spend, such as leaving it out, or letting them see that I have a bunch more cash in the wallet when getting out the house fee. Then I enjoy the TS / massage while giving hints. A subtle look, noises and gentle touches on her hands, arms or legs here and there during the massage (subtle. Don't get creepy). Then at the flip she may ask or motion for what else you want. That's your cue. I often say "everything" and provide the rest at that point, if not already given. I found that's a word that a few of them use. Some have pointed at a body part on them and I nodded when she got to the part I was interested in.

I will also say from personal experience that I get better service from these establishments if you look older, or wear a wedding band, and if you act comfortable. Remember, you are there to enjoy a massage, so try to do that.

As for establishments, I like Crystal in DE, but I'm a little wary of going there lately. It's uncomfortably close to where I work and I'd rather not be spotted going in. There is also a lot of LEO patrolling there and sometimes they hang out right out front. They are there to keep the street safe, and probably aren't there to to mess with the Spa, but they still make me nervous when they are standing right in front of the door. The girls are great at Crystal though, and I have never had a bad time. It's almost up there with VIP in Philly. Have been to 214 MD and Rainbow up on Naamans. 214 is gone, and Rainbow was okay, I may go back in a pinch, but the quality wasn't as good.

I did try one on Route 40 near Walmart, during the TS, she asked is this the first time, I said yes. When asked how did she knew she just smiled. Sort of succeeded. At the end she gave big hug and said I love you. Come back. But I guess I will have to go again.

Oh sure, there are times with the girl has GPS [I](golden pussy syndrome - asks for too much)[/I] and I have turned her down after a failed negotiation and thus left with just a rub. But I have never been overcharged either. In my experience the rates in this area are pretty standard and when I find a girl who asks for much more, I just move on.

In my experience, when something "goes wrong" as in a girl with GPS, poor skills, lackluster performance, I talk to the mamasan on the way out. I have found that opening my mouth to mama usually gets an apology and she will remember me the next time and then send a better girl. I have found mama to be interested in good customer service / relations. Once mama pointed out to me that she can't fix whatever she doesn't know about.

As I mentioned below, I have been in places that claimed they were rub only, but buy using a certain style was able to get "everything. " What I have seen happen is that some of the smaller places are VERY cautious about "extras," especially if they do not know who you are. So when I go to a new place, I usually only expect a rub till I can see the lay of the land and the girl can get a vibe from me. But hey, if the girl is cute, an investment of $40 to do some research is an OK cost.

However, I think there are two other places on Maryland Ave (MDA). One is Zen Spa and can't remember the name of the other, but would recognize it if I drove by.

If memory serves, there was some discussion on Zen a few years ago.

The place itself was more of a quicky kind of joint where you didn't get (or want) the TS. So they probably didn't get a lot of big spenders there. I think one is 201 MD, which I didn't try yet. There are a bunch of them in and around Wilmington now that I think about it. Might have to branch out now.

As such, I think a lot of sites have decided it is safer to just shut down and step away from this. The fact that sites devoted to AMPs have disappeared is no real surprise. After all, what was the original "trafficking" that was going on? Wasn't it Asian immigrants?

The Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act of 2017 (SESTA) and its House equivalent, the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA or H. Are. 1865)—SESTA-FOSTA was designed to prevent websites from facilitating sex trafficking. So the point is that a site has to evaluate IF it thinks a lawsuit "could" be filed against them for "assisting" or "facilitating" (even unknowingly) sex trafficking and could end up fined, in jail, shamed or even sued by the victims.
